Pros 360

I used Pros 360 for the first time today for routine heating maintenance. Edward called to say he was running early to check if it was okay to come. He was professional, practiced COVID-19 precautions, and explained everything he checked including showing me pictures of my furnace. He explained their membership and it’s benefits thoroughly without pressuring me to sign up (I did!). I would recommend Pros 360 for your heating and cooling needs!

John was excellent! He took his time, carefully reviewed our two HVAC systems, he opened and tested them as needed, and gave me a complete assessment of the needed repairs. He was friendly, professional, and an expert in his field.

Fully performed as promised. An absolutely outstanding professional organization. We couldn't have been happier. 1,000% honorable and honest. If you're looking for a new air-conditioning system, look no further. These people are absolutely top-notch--the very best!

Our previously scheduled appointment had to be cancelled because someone had an emergency. We set up a new date, and I was told that our job would be the first in the day, at 9AM. Yesterday I had a phone reminder of the 9 - 11AM timeline.
I took the dog for an essential walk, aiming to be back at 8:45, which I was. At 8:23AM I got a call from the always impeccably well mannered David that he had arrived at the job site. It transpires that on Fridays the start time is earlier than 9AM. David was very gracious about the situation, and he and John did a wonderful job and explained everything to me carefully. They get 5 stars.
Perhaps there needs to be better communication between the office and the technicians.

This is my first time used Pros 360. Nissim and all technicians are very great and professional. They did a great job and didn’t leave any mess. I highly recommend to use their services.

I am extremely happy that I used Pros360 for my heating and cooling unit. They are truely a customer-oriented company. I haven't had to worry about calling them to make appointments for service because they always call me first when it's time to service my unit, they call me when they are on their way and have always been right on time. Their service technician, David, is friendly and knowledgeable. I am really glad I picked Pros360 from Angie's List.

360 Pros are truly THE BEST!!! They were super responsive, professional, showed up during a heatwave and fixed my AC for a very reasonable price. I would NEVER use anyone else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
