My appreciation for Eddies integrity and skill in fixing our heater. His recognition of what was wrong with the unit (poor installation) and determination to replace all the parts that needed to be replaced. The final result is our heater works ! Again, thank you.

Jose was knowledgeable and courteous. Called a few minutes in advance to let me know he was on the way, wore booties and mask. Was able to answer all of my many questions. Performed furnace tune-up. Checked thermostat operation.

TL;DR Comfort Energy is awesome and highly recommend them if you want to do a new HVAC installation or repair your existing one. Their technicians Max and Eddie are amazing!

I have a heat pump (cooling and heating) unit at my place. Before I found Comfort Energy I worked with another contractor to install the unit. While the unit was working the performance was not that great. It took long time to heat and cool the house. I was not satisfied with the work done by my contractor and so I was on the lookout to find a better HVAC contractor. That is when I stumbled upon Comfort Energy.

They were super professional and got me hooked up with a technician immediately. Eddie was the technician who came to my house. He was very professional and thorough in his inspection. He thought it could either be that the refrigerant was on the lower side or some issued with the compressor or the reversing valve. Since it was a cold day he said he will not be able to measure the refrigerant as we need to run the AC in cooling mode. Eddie noted the model number and took some pressure reading. Eddie said he will talk to the HVAC brand's customer support to first see if the HVAC unit was working as expected. He said then we could add more refrigerant. Eddie was at my house for more than 3 hours but he just charged me for two hours.

After a week, I reached out to comfort energy to see if they have any updates. They said they are going to send another senior technician to take a deeper look at the unit. Thanks to the weather, it turned out to be a nice warm day (~74F). Max was the technician who visited our house and found out that the previous contractor did not add enough refrigerant. Max was equally professional and thorough in his diagnostics. He added extra refrigerant and we could see the heating and cooling were way better. The best thing was they did not charge me anything extra for the second time when Max was here.

A big shout out to both Max and Eddie and the entire Comfort Energy team for taking care of our HVAC unit.

I chose Comfort Energy to help me with my non-working wall heater. Ralph was my technician. He arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what the possible causes were and proceeded to fix it as he had the parts on hand. I'm very happy with the work provided and hopefully I will get a few more years out of my old heater!

The service technician is professional and knowledgeable. The air conditioning system was serviced and I was informed what steps that I needed to take to extend the life of my system. The service technician was on time and informed me of his arrival time in advance. Comfort Energy is an excellent company.

Excellent service. I called about a problem with the furnace Comfort Energy installed over a year ago. A technician was scheduled to come to my home within a day. Since the defective part was under warranty a new part was ordered and installed within a week.

This company is amazing. I had a gas furnace go out during the pandemic. I knew it had to be replaced. I phoned and spoke to Sara. Sara took down my information and passed it along to Bob. Bob arrived the next day to give me a bid. Bob was through explaining to me what my options were. I chose to do business with this company. Pat scheduled the installation. Oscar and Nima arrived on time for the installation. Oscar and Nima worked above and beyond my expectations. Once the installation was completed, Oscar and Nima showed and explained what work was done. Comfort Energy employees Sara, Bob, Pat, Oscar, and Nima are professional. I highly recommend this company. I am totally satisfied.

We intalled Mitsubishi mini split units to replace the standard gas furnace. Comfort Energy provided Excellent customer service, excellent work and very prompt.

Had Comfort Energy Out at my home. They performed a tuneup on my furnace. Johnathan was Awesome and knowledgeable. Office staff is very nice and kept me updated. I will be calling them again for any hvac needs.
