It’s really neat that they sent me an email and a text before Deron, the technician, arrived. They included the picture of Deron which helped me make sure who will inspect our furnace. Deron was very kind, calm, respectful and patient in hearing my concerns and he was carefully inspecting our furnace unit. He figured out the issue of our furnace unit and now we can finally feel the heat rather than cold air. I really appreciate him. I like the calling center too. The agent was very responsive and tried to schedule the earliest appointment for me. It’s great to support local business too. Definitely I will call them back for other future issues!
Max Lorenzo did a great job and inspected everything-found rodent droppings and cleaned the area. I contacted my pest company and they will do a rodent assessment. His action will allow us to prevent a possible rodent problem. He was very customer focused and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Max arrived prepared with probable replacement parts and was able to fix the problem. I highly recommend their annual service plan for your home and business.

This morning I contacted Craig at Comfort Energy to fix our HVAC. We had contacted another provider who wanted to charge us over $3,000. Comfort Energy's Ralph came out and diagnosed that the control board and transformer needed replacing, all under warranty. Craig and Ralph are our heroes! Now we are loyal Comfort Energy customers.

My furnace is 30 old and started giving off a burning smell. Eddie efficiently diagnosed the problem and gave me estimates for repairs and for replacing my furnace. Very Professional and came highly recommended by a neighbor who recently had a new furnace installed.

He was professional, courteous, thorough, and was the first technician from 3 different companies to accurately diagnose a complex furnace and air conditioning issue. The cost of the diagnostic was also reasonable. Comfort Energy is now the first company I'll be calling for HVAC needs.

Comfort energy did a great job on our Mitsubishi split system. We had a small problem with an outdoor line set cover not fitting properly, but Comfort Energy sent a technician out and we cured the problem with a couple pieces of fiberglass insulation stuffed under the cover.
We also had a problem linking our smartphones to the unit. Another technician was able to come out and resolve the problem in an hour.
We are well pleased with the professionalism Comfort Energy showed while installing our system and resolving our problems.
