I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends. They made promises and kept them. They treated our house like their own. Floors were covered to protect them. The equipment they recommended seems to be what we would expect.

Don't use ComfortEnergy. They'll just charge you 150 for a diagnosis, find the problem, then say they'll write you up a quote and never reply. Scammed

Awesome diagnosis of a long standing intermittent problem with our gas furnace. Every once in a while the furnace would cut out and then later start working again. The original installer and several other repairmen had tried to figure out the problem and failed. This time I think their guy found it.

There is always some trepidation when calling a service company to repair a furnace, or any other household appliance. My 30 year old furnace/AC decided to quit cooling. I had used Comfort Energy previously and Max, the responding technician, was thorough and very knowledgeable. With the replacement of the furnace control module, all was fixed in short order.
Two weeks later, on a separate unit, the AC decided to quit working during the hottest time of the year. This time, Jonnathan M. responded and discovered that a transformer was the culprit and he had one in the truck. It was replaced and all was back in working order. As painless as possible.
Jonnathan's troubleshooting skills, customer communications and willingness to help in any way possible was refreshing.
And, no one tried to sell me a new furnace!!!
I highly recommend Comfort Energy and their technical staff.

Jonathan came by to diagnose an issue that I was having with my high efficiency furnace. He was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He was able to find the problem and made the necessary adjustments so that my issue would not happen again. He explained to me why I was having my particular issue and gave me signs to look out for, if it were to happen again. Jonathan was great!!! He took care of my issue and made the area he was working in cleaner than it was before!!! Comfort Energy is by far one of the best HVAC companies out there. The care and professionalism their employees have with their customers is top notch. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I'm currently renovating my mother's place and there was an issue with the heat pump system. Whenever I turned on the A/C, it would actually turn on the heat and blow hot air. I had a different company look at the system and they claimed the issue was due to a faulty solenoid valve in the condensor -- a $3000 repair! For a second opinion, I fortunately I came across Max from Comfort Energy.

Max showed up on time and was very professional. I shared the previous diagnosis with him, but he wanted to check everything for himself. Turns out this was a blessing as he quickly determined it wasn't the solenoid, but simply that it wasn't receiving a signal from the thermostat to open. He immediately confirmed his diagnosis by jumpering connections in the thermostat and forced the solenoid to be energized. Bingo! Cold air started flowing out of the system. Instead of $3000, it was the cost of the diagnostic fee and new thermostat.

Thank you Max for being honest and trustworthy. And, thank you Comfort Energy for allowing your technicians to operate with dignity and character. You did not attempt to upsell us on unnecessary or irrelevant repairs. Not only will I recommend you to anyone that needs HVAC service, but if ever we need to repair or replace my mother's HVAC system, you had better believe I will be calling you again.

Armando did a great job on the install and was very personable throughout the process which took one day. He explained what he was doing when I checked in and when it was finished cleaned up completely. Ralph who came to do the assessment was very helpful in thinking through the decision on repairing the old unit or buying a new one. We are happy customers
