The service technician, Max, is very knowledgeable. He found the problem in 10 minutes. He replaced the capacitor and explained to me everything. I like doing business with Comfort Energy and I will highly recommend them to my friend.
Armando and Darwin did a great job of installing my heater and thermostat. They were efficient, knowledgeable and performed at a high level. They helped me to understand the installation and how heating works in my home. They cleaned up well and sanitized the areas of my house that they touched. They seemed to take pride in their work and I would easily call on them again.

We have a Mitsubishi minisplit (ductless heating and AC). Our two air handlers weren't connecting to the controllers at all--basically our entire system had stopped working. We had tried a different service, but after 6 weeks (parts delays, scheduling delays, missed messages, unable to identify the root cause), everything was still broken.
We asked Comfort Energy to come out for a second opinion. They sent Max, their head technician for things like minisplits. He was the perfect person for us--he spent the first two visits debugging, calling Mitsubishi as needed for additional advice. By the end of the second visit he had identified the problem. He then came back a few days later and fixed and everything works again!
We really appreciated:
-- his expertise around -- his methodical approach to debugging the issue (and his willing to reach out to other experts (Mitsubishi) as needed. -- his detailed explanations of all that he had done and was going to do. -- his ability to credibly demonstrate the problem. -- getting us into the schedule quickly for 4 visits in total to debug and fix. From initial phone to Comfort Energy to fixed took one week! We really appreciate we'll have AC before the next heat wave on Monday. -- providing scheduling and invoicing at the end of each appointment and the ability to pay right then.
We will absolutely use Comfort Energy again if we have issues...and we'll be asking for Max. :)
We had an urgent need to have our hydronic heating system repaired during the cold winter. Called 2 contractors and both could have the service schedule only a few days later but Comfort said it might have a cancellation and could place me on waiting list for sooner schedule. Subsequently I was told a new schedule 2 days earlier than the original one opened up and so I took it, at the same time cancelled the other contractor.’s appointment. However, no one showed up, and when I called to ask, the customer service told me my schedule had been moved one day later (not earlier). Since the other contractor’s appointment had been cancelled, I had to accept the later schedule. This time, the technician showed up but instead of doing the repair, he told me he had to give me an estimate to approve and then again schedule a new appointment to do the actual work. For this delayed appointment and nothing performed, I had to be charged $156! (While the other contractor clearly told me no charge whatsoever for only providing an estimate!)
Deron bridges was the technician who came and his work ethic was impeccable. He showed in detail what the issue was before the repair and went through in detail about what he was going to fix and also verified and tested the fix with me overlooking it, which was very pleasant. He was very polite , he wore a mask the whole time to take care of the covid situation and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He even went to the extent of placing a discount on parts and labour, which I found to be a great customer service overall. Complete satisfaction. Thanks comfort energy and deron bridges for helping.
