I shop here often for my job and everyone is always very helpful! What sets this store aside from others is, without a doubt, their staff! I wanted to highlight two employees who went above and beyond for me on 4/9; Makala and Tanya, helping me with a lost receipt from January! They spent almost an hour helping retrieve the receipt, but got it done for me with grace and kindness! - PS if you lose a receipt and you need it for your company PCARD report, like I do, remembering the REGISTER you used is helpful for them!

They have everything I need for my gardening

The staff at Merced have improved. General Mgr is doing a good job of keeping them working to help on the floor. Garden area is much better organized and not like the set on Adam's Family....dead plants. Keep up the good work!

It's like Toys R Us for adults.

Visit the place bought 2gallons of Roses ,steer manure and potting soil. Prices are affortable ,On Sale. Customer Service great and associate help me to load on my car. Being disable heavy to do it by myself. Thank for a great Service with smile.

I have always had a great experience at home Depot in Merced. The most recent time I was assisted in the Millworks area by Camryn. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me select the right door for my project. I had some concerns and she had the assistant store manager Mike Bern's come help me. Between the two of them they got me squared away and I walked away happy with my order.

Trash service. I've been standing here for the past 15 mins. Front service has paged for assistance to my aisle 4 times now. Still no help. No one has shown up yet.

They have great customer service and almost have everything I need.

I love buying my garden vegetable plants from Home Depot,also all my Ryobi products I have purchased from here as well. They have awesome customer service.
