Armen was super quick in diagnosing the problem and was able to get the part same day within a couple of hours when we were freezing in our house.

Was on time and was able to tell me if it’s worth repairing my washer or get a new one. Was great with my dog too.

Their billing practices leave much to be desired, their technician gave an estimate of $160, but the invoice they sent me was for more the $300 with no break up of the costs. The guy on the phone was quite rude when I called to clarify.

Called them for a repair on my washing machine. They were able to come out at a time that was convenient to me and diagnose the problem, then order the part and return two days later to do the repair! Great service!

I hired them for the service because there was a problem with the air ducts at the time. I was surprised to find that they were effective. The AC is presently operational after being examined. They also cleansed it, which made me feel better.
