I want to start by saying that Helen is absolutely the kindest voice of customer service I have ever experienced. She was caring and efficient. She understood my emergency and how important it was, and literally scrambled to find someone to come check out our broken dryer the afternoon that I called. Vitaly, the company's repairman, came out within a couple of hours and took our entire dryer apart and knew exactly what was wrong and exactly how to fix it. It was mind-blowing how skilled he was. He ordered the part and he literally came the next business day and fixed the dryer and put it back together in less than an hour. I am absolutely floored at this company's ability to deliver good service! Absolutely floored. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance repaired or if you have an appliance emergency.

The team is responsive, plus their guys stayed late to ensure the work was complete and everything was working. They had replaced our oven motherboard a few years back. Both times we used them they provided quality service and ensured all was working properly. Definitely recommend.

The company sent me a platform to review the service rendered and I plainly stated what had occurred.
Someone from ABC contacted me after they viewed my review and informed me that the owner of the company would be contacting me personally about the matter.
Alex contacted me and I confirmed what I stated in my first review and he sent me a refund check for the full amount of the diagnostic.
That was a very honorable business practice which is really rare these days.
