Called for dishwasher repair. Service team arrived within the scheduled window. Text updates for arrival times were accurate. They identified the bad part but needed to order it. They returned another day to install it but problem was still there. They had to return again on another day before the dishwasher was repaired. No additional costs beyond the first repair attempt.

Repair were done satisfactorily

Rasul with ABC Heating and Plumbing came out late at night after being messed around by another supposedly reliable man. Not only did he trouble shoot and show us that indeed there was nothing wrong with our motor for the fan in the attic. The other guy just misinformed us and it would have been a very costly and unnecessary ordeal. Rasul also switched out all of our air filters as a favor. What a lovely kind, warm and intelligent person. I will definitely only work with ABC Heating and Plumbing for future needs

Based upon the completed diagnostic for repair of my forced air furnace, they quoted me a price, which I thought was a little high, so they offered me a 10% discount, which I appreciated. However, it was still more costly that I expected, but what do I know?
