Ross was courteous and professional during his entire visit to our home. His diagnostics revealed that our thermostat needed to be replaced. He worked very hard to explain our choices so that we could choose the best thermostat for our home.

Rusol is very nice and arrived within the time frame I was given.
He explained the problem and even showed me a picture of the inner workings of my washer.
Unfortunately my washing machine repairs would have been more than the cost of a new one,,,so I declined the repair.
I must add that Iwas given an appointment the next day when I called and was told the upfront cost of a diagnostic visit.
And was kept informed by text throughout….about who was coming and when. I would definitely recommend this business,

my washing machine needed service. I called and spoke with Alex and he said he was going to send a technician to check between 7-9pm, I was lucky and they had a cancellation so within an hour of calling for an appointment Vitaly showed up. Have to give him a lot of credit too as it was one of the stormiest day/evening of the year
