At the Hippie Kitchen in Skid Row, we have been relying on A/C Control to keep our refrigerators running safely. We are hard on our equipment, but their service is responsive and reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier!

I am so unhappy with the owner of AC Control that I write this review to warn others. I contracted them to move my HVAC system from downstairs to the attic. Not only did the workman leave before the work was done, leaving open electrical wires uncovered, threw away a needed pump, didn't install the filtration systems, but he left about $100 worth of his tools in the attic. The owner came to fix the work when I complained but his attitude and behavior was unprofessional. He talked to me, a woman, in an angry tone because I complained. Within two months the replacement pump stopped working and I had to buy a new one because the owner would not accept responsibility for it.
I have since used a different company, but today I found out that not only had I spend $4300 only to find out that AC Control installed the unit too close to the attic boards so the repair man from another company could not get in there to repair a part of the unit. I just decided to start all over by having the entire system torn out and a new one properly installed. When they took it apart, they pointed out other installation errors! BEWARE of AC Control. Their references may be their own.

I had Patrick come to my house because my spa heater wasn’t working. Oh my goodness!! Words can’t describe the amazing experience I had. I will never use another heating & AC company again. Patrick from A/C Control was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He had all the necessary safety protocols to address covid as he entered my home. He had great tips on maintenance and cost savings and serviced the air conditioner and furnace as needed. Highly recommend Patrick and A/C Control!

Overall a good experience and value. Marzi was extremely accommodating throughout the process. There were some hiccups in email correspondence and a bit of a disturbance with the fuse box during installation. But -- reviewing a day after installation -- no problems with a mostly trouble free installation.

The A/C Control technician did an excellent job today (6/1/2021, performing annual maintenance on our furnace and air conditioning system. Their service is impeccable.

A/C Control’s Service Tech Ricardo Estrada Is OUTSTANDING!!! He is efficient, personable, informative and knowledgeable. My service window was 11:00 am to 1:00 pm; and he arrived at 11:00 am, with work completed by 12:00 noon! I am totally impressed with A/C Control and its timely, awesome service! It is my go-to HVAC service provider!
