Called A/C control and they set an appointment for the next day and came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I have used them in the past and will use them in the future.

Showed up on time, very professional and did a great job with the A/C preventative maintenance.

I would like to express my highest appreciation for the job AC Control did on my very challenging project. I have two level condo, and they took care of the lower-level AC system. When the time comes to replace the upper-level system, I would not spend a second looking for a contractor - AC Control IS TEH BEST!

Sorry but every time I needed assistance I could not reach out to no one.
I ended up using some one else for a company to come and say to us that they will make sure they can get reach at anytime. definitely very wrong in the field I work in, I have to make sure all repairs are schedule, follow up, assigned, approve estimates but always have communications and to be available for our clients.

Sergio always does an excellent job and is very professional.

7/23/2018 Needed another service call from A/C Control. Sergio found and fixed the problem. The company confirms the appointment ahead of time, shows up on time and fixes the problem as efficiently as possible. Service personnel are courteous, clean and pleasant. Highly recommend the company.

Asked to have a new Ecobee wireless thermostat installed. Initially it created a lot of problems due to the wiring within my complex, which was built in the 80's.The problem necessitated the senior technician come out on another day to ascertain the issue. He was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. It was a bit expensive, but well worth the cost. It's not always best to go with the least expensive since you'll get what you paid for, so, I paid more and received terrific workmanship and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

Honest! It turns out the repair on my unit was very very simple and didn’t require anything new to be purchased. Surprisingly enough they told me that, made a slight adjustment, and went on their way with just the basic service fee. They easily could’ve told me it was a $500 repair and I would’ve had no choice but to pay. These people may be the only honest service people in Los Angeles. If you want to be dealt with straight, call them.

It's been nine months since A/C Control removed the existing 4-ton packaged air conditioning/gas unit on the fourth floor of our building with a new American Standard 4-ton unit. They had excellent references and a competitive price for the hardware and services.

The removal and installation went well. The crane operator was capably managed by the A/C Control crew. The workmanship was excellent.

There were a few glitches (as with any project) which they handled quickly and competently. I have a lot of confidence in their team. The American Standard is a big improvement over the old unit and much more economical. I highly recommend the company.

They were quick to send someone to my place when the A/C needed to be repaired. would recommend them!

Babak and his team are amazing! About a year ago we had a new AC system installed along with new vents and they also installed zoning in my condo. They even provided a new Nest thermostat for free! Forward to today, my gas fireplace was having issues staying on. I called many different companies to come take a look and they all either gave me a 2 month wait time or said they don’t work on the fireplace I have. I thought I’d reach out to Babak(owner) and asked if this is something they work on. He has very honest with me and said they’ve never worked on fireplaces before, but the mechanics and parts are the same as HVAC systems. A few days later, Edward came out, noticed it was a dirty flame sensor, cleaned it up, and voilà! My fireplace is working like a charm! I can’t say enough about A/C Control and the team! They go above and beyond. Thank you all.
