The company demonstrates a clear focus on customer satisfaction. The employee the company sent out to diagnose my HVAC issue was very knowledgeable, but I did have a few follow-up questions. In order to provide a correct estimate for HVAC replacement, Babak (one of the two owners) came out to perform a more thorough investigation, including inspecting the unit in my attic (which, admittedly, two of the other three technicians I had consulted performed during their initial visits rather than requiring a follow-up visit). Babak was very knowledgeable and able to provide several options of estimates that were better catered to my specific situation.

The company encourages its customers to review it online, which is a good sign, as it demonstrates that the company has confidence in the quality of its work and has an incentive to leave customers feeling satisfied.

Ricardo Estrada from A/C Control carefully looked at my A/C system, gave an evaluation and recommendation about upgrading my current system, which at the moment and for about 30 years has been working. He carefully explained what would happen when the compression unit finally died and what to expect at that point and gave me approximate costs. He reviewed my fairly new NEST installation and also gave a very clear explanation of how it is working in my house. Professional and courteous.

Great courteous service.That's hard to find from a fair priced contractor these days. That's right, fair priced. I was surprised too. They couldn't repair the same day because they needed a part. The office called me the following morning to confirm they have the part and they came the next day to fix it. They stuck to their original quote and the service charge applied to my repair cost. Heater is working great.
