I call A/C Control every year (or two) for maintenance and cleaning of our HVAC system. They've pointed out and fixed some minor issues and are always professional and on-time.

All technicians were very professional and considerate but they made a mistake when fixing my A/C and then charged me an additional $700 to repair the mistake they made. It took 5 visits plus 2 last minute cancellations to get my A/C back to the condition it was in before they serviced it and cost me $2,900. So frustrated. How can they charge me for a mistake they made!!!

Technician showed up at the beginning of the window and did a very thorough job! We are confident that our system will function well. Thank you for your help!

Excellent service and timely. They installed a new AC system for me few years ago and took care of permit etc with good result and price was good. also I needed repair/maintenance for another unit. they took care of it next day.
