Brandon arrived very quickly. He was very efficient and when he completed the job, he provided an explanation of what he had done. Brandon was a friendly guy who was easy to talk to. I highly recommend him and Crystal Blue Plumbing. They are very responsive.

Tom has been out to our house a few times to fix our lawn drain, replace our kitchen faucet, and replace a valve. He is always very professional and very friendly. He calls before the appointment and confirms when he'll be there. I feel like he's a very trustworthy plumber and gives me his honest opinion on our problem. I will be using Crystal Blue Plumbing again.

We had a leaking connector to our bathroom sink. We purchased a faucet from Home Depot and set up an appointment for C.B. to install it because I am handicapped. The appointment was 3 days away. I recieved a call from Michael saying they had a cancellation and could come right over. Brandon arrived and made quick work of replacing the faucet at a reasonable cost. Great work guys and thank you so much!!!

Ben and Nathan did a wonderful job. Went straight to work, gave me options, settled on the best solution and we’re done in a timely manner. They asked questions, asked if I had any questions and cleaned up after themselves. They followed COVID-19 protocol with masks, gloves, booties at all times. I will have them back again for other work in the future.

Great communication and excellent service! The technician, Drew Russell- Scott, was thorough and honest. He made detailed recommendations and ordered the necessary parts to get my HVAC unit in good working order. I also asked for and received a competitive estimate for installation of a QuietAir Pro whole house fan. I scheduled the service for last week. Installers Drew and Scott P. did an excellent job from start to finish. I highly recommend their work and especially appreciate the attention to detail and compliance with all Covid protocols.

The response time was very prompt, and flexible when I needed to change my appointment. Our tech, Sean DeSalvatore, was very knowledgeable, professional and skilled in what he does. He made recommendations according to our specific problem. The job ended up being bigger than anticipated, but he stayed until it was done. They left our area as clean as when they came. I would definitely call this company in the future, and will request Sean.

Scott Petty was the technician that came to our home. He was courteous and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He showed me an itemized list of the parts needed including corresponding prices. The price he quoted for the repair seemed very reasonable. We will definitely be using Crystal Blue Plumbing, Heating & Air in the future.

Anthony was our maintenance guy. He was polite and explained everything to us and even helped clean up his mess. Some people don’t do that and just leave the mess they made behind. He always asked us for permission to do something before doing it, which is nice. We’ve just moved back from Washington and have experienced situations before where the maintenance personnel would just come and introduce themselves then get to working without ever saying a word to us then just leave! Love the new water heater and we’re just glad to have hot water again as we have little children in our household.
