Our A.C. went out. Crystal Blue was able to come out the same day. It was late in the day so the technician, Michael, wasn't able to get there until late but he still took all the time needed to do the job right and even found another part going bad and replaced it as well. Even as late as it was he didn't try to rush out, making sure he answered all our questions. Very happy with the technician and the service. Definitely recommend Crystal Blue.

Pricing was very fair and reasonable--about 2/3 of the amount another company had bid--and thw work was done quickly and competently. The Tech was Chanse Johnson. He was personable and struck me as exceptionally competent. The company was prompt. I emailed a day ago to ask for a bid, and they sent someone out the next day.

I was very impressed with Brad from Crystal Blue Plumbing, Heating and Air My HVAC system, while still working is about 20 years old and apparently will not last much longer. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the company was able to have Brad come out and assess my air conditioner and provide me with information on replacement of the system. Brad was very professional, friendly and obviously very knowledgable about HVAC systems. I would strongly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

Nathan from Crystal Blue did an outstanding job on installing a new PRV and a FNW ball valve for us. We are glad that Crystal Blue has such highly skilled technician.

$1123 quoted price to run about 30 feet of poly tubing and change out a few under sink fittings, all accessible. Maybe 2 1/2 hours worth of work. Plus I was told when I scheduled the appointment that if I accepted the quote they would start work immediately. Was told that wouldn't happen and maybe not even tomorrow. Jeremy was nice about it a d explained they were having issues with their call center. I didn't know I was talking to a call center when I called. If had known that I would called another plumber.

We asked American Home Shield what the name of the contractor used on a prior repair job was which led us to schedule an air conditioning service performed by Michael Egan 5/23/18. Michael and his co-worker were the most savvy and thorough Reefers we’ve had on this site since 1985. We gladly accepted your $159

Brad lead his team in installing a mini split system in my older home. Because the home’s age, not everything went as planned and it took one extra day to complete. No one complained about the extra day chalking it up to wanting the job to be done right. Brad and the entire team were professional in my home, courteous to me and kept me informed along the way. All wearing masks the entire time, being respectful of my safety. They were also cognizant of my having dogs and always closed the gate whenever they went in and out of my back yard. They also were particularly careful to cover my floor and furniture, cleaning up debris and dust. Brad was exceptionally responsive to me from the moment he entered my home to give me an estimate. He listened to me even when I wasn’t sure of what I wanted, ensuring I got my questions answered, giving me multiple options to consider.
