We just had them out again, this time for our AC Unit and as usual they did an awesome job!! Drew was our technician and he was Fantastic in every way!! We highly recommend using Crystal Blue Plumbing Heating and Air!!

Crystal Blue Plumbing has amazing customer service! I had them come to my mother-in-laws home and Sean did a wonderful professional job. And he has great ethics, did not try to up sell any services, so refreshing!
In the future when I need a plumber they will be called!

This is perhaps the most efficient and professional job I have ever had done at my home. The techs, despite ha INC to crawl around under my home all day, were relatively quiet, worked efficiently, and cleaned up so well that the job site looks better after they finished then when they started. Awesome job! Five stars.

Grayson did an excellent job describing water heater options. There was a measurement problem that resulted in a two day install, but Grayson took full responsibility and went above and beyond to make things right. I also appreciated having an honest, polite, professional in my home. The final install looks outstanding and the water is so hot, I had to turn the temperature down. Excellent company that stands behind their employees.
I changed my rating to a 5, because I have had the water heater over 6 months and the performance is outstanding. It's barely set to "hot" and it heats up very quickly. Also, having other workers in my home have made me even more appreciative of Grayson's positive can-do attitude.

He provided my client with a pamphlet of all services available and a service plan to keep her home functioning efficiently. This was a free call out to Home Owner.

I am a first time home owner. I know scary times! My fiancee had accidentally sprung a leak. He quickly called Crystal Blue Plumbing, (he said later it was the first one he saw online, Thank goodness it was!) where he spoke to the owner and he talked him through how to shut off all the water. Just that jester of being so helpful really floored my fiancee and he then set up an appointment for the next day in the afternoon. They then called that morning to say that they had a cancelation and said they could be there right away. (Which was great because the dispatcher had remembered that I was going to be there all day painting! So, thoughtful) Tom, who is excellant, came in talked to me and told me what he was going to do, got right to work and then to boot he did a free inspection of plumbing. He completed the leak and wrote all the estimates for the work we needed to have done. On a norm this kind of thing is extremely overwhelming for me but he was just so pleasant and nice it really put me at ease! I am thankful we found them and look forward to working with them in the future!
