Advantage Air

I called Advantage Air today and asked for a quote to replace my thermostat with a smart thermostat and they quoted me 650.00. Yes, six hundred and fifty dollars. Please shop around, don't commit to their quote until you exhaust all other options . I couldn't believe when the receptionist told me her technician quoted 650 for a thermostat replacement!

I am beyond impressed with my experience with Advantage Air. I received quotes from other companies but immediately knew I would be going with Advantage Air after my initial consultation. I worked directly with Chance and Milan to select the system that best suited my family’s needs. Chance was punctual for his appointment and walked me through my options in detail. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and very personable. He also made himself available after the consultation to answer any additional questions I had. The install team was also very professional and did a top notch job putting my new AC in. Replacing your AC can be an overwhelming experience but Advantage Air really makes it a seamless process. Do yourself a favor and go with them. There’s a reason why they are so highly regarded in the industry!

We just had our heating/air conditioning scheduled complementary tune up today. Our technician, Paul, gave us excellent 5-star service! He arrived on time and patiently explained every aspect of what he was checking/testing on our unit. Paul was very friendly, courteous and professional.

On top of that, our HVAC system received a clean bill of health!

Service tech Paul and office staff Valerie helped make this a 5 star experience. Valerie was always cordial and helpful by phone keeping me updated on status and answering questions. Paul provided the 2nd of 2 annual maintenance visits tuning up our central air and condenser. Paul then returned to chemical wash our condenser. My system was installed 2013 and the maintenance is a good way to keep it working well longer. The chemical wash released loads of dirt and leaves from my condenser that were lowering the efficiency. Paul answered questions and was always pleasant to work with. I will ask for Paul on my next service. I recommend the membership which includes the 2 tune up visits and a discount on any extra services.

I highly recommend Advantage Air and will be using them again! Jose and Milan were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my older house, and quickly. Very fair and reasonable prices, and above and beyond service. Within a week of calling to set up an appointment to get an estimate, my new heater was installed. Danny and his crew got everything installed quickly, took the time to explain everything to me, and left the place so clean I wouldn't have even known anyone was there. Thank you again!

I'm very pleased with Advantage. I rarely write reviews, but I feel that they earned it. I found them through Google search for AC repair, and the 5 star reviews are spot on. Evelyn handles the scheduling and communication and she is great. My tech was Michael and he was professional and thorough. Milan is the owner and he is making sure that the customer is satisfied. Altogether, a very good experience.

Milan and his team are honest and reliable. He has serviced my AC and provided new units for my dad and my friend, and they have been completely satisfied. The previous AC company had failed to identify the problems that Advantage Air was able to easily correct. It is so nice to be able to deal with professional and competent people. I highly recommend!

Wow! Amazing experience with this company! Pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and courtesy whereas I've had bad experiences in the past these guys are top notch.

Our A/C went out the other night and I called this morning to ask a few questions before scheduling an appointment for a technician to come out to assess the damage and provide an estimate. They do charge to come out for the estimate, but will apply it towards the bill.

The customer service representative when I called was very polite and helpful. I am leaving on a trip tomorrow and she was able to fit me into their schedule same day.

Our technician, Juan, was great! Very straight-forward and honest. He assessed the situation and let me know that it was a simple fix. He also offered, without being too pushy the option to install something that could prevent the leaks of water spilling out from happening by installing a safety overflow switch. I took him up on the offer to prevent any damage to the hard wood floor also we live in a multi-level condo and wouldn't want to damage the neighbor's property below us.

Very reasonable pricing. I will be sure to call them again for any maintenance needs.

My husband and I have been waiting to install central heat and air for awhile and when it came time for us do it for our home I wanted to make sure that it was going to be done right. We knew nothing about it and started getting some quotes from 4 different companies including Advantage Air. We are soooo glad we went with Advantage Air. Meeting Milan, he was able to really explain all of our different options that was available, he took time to explain the installation process, and he was not pushy at all. Unlike the other companies, who did not explain any options and went through pricing very quickly, they were very pushy. We could tell right away that Milan cared about making sure we understood everything and that we were comfortable about our options.

Another big nice surprise came when his team showed up first day to start work, they were right on time! They were very professional and polite and started to get straight down to business. The team was very courteous and worked very cleanly, always making sure to clean up any mess as they were working. They did such a great job at the end of each day to make sure everything was put back exactly in it's place and again very very clean. The work was done quickly and we could not be any more happier.

Milan continued to follow up with us constantly to make sure everything was okay. I actually ended up telling him a couple of months later that I wished my bathroom could be warmer (granted I like my bathroom to feel like a sauna!) - and without any hesitation, he was back out right away and had his team came to adjust it to my preference with no hesitation. Talk about five star customer service! My husband and I absolutely love Milan and his team and we would highly recommend them to anyone!! They are very affordable and the service is beyond outstanding. Thank you Milan and thank you to your team!!!
