I called Advantage Air a couple of weeks ago because I was having an issue with my ac. The girls in the office were very friendly and were able to squeeze me in for a visit despite having a full schedule. The technician arrived within the time frame given to me and was very friendly and explained to me how my system works and why I needed such repairs for my ac. My ac is now working like new! Thank you Advantage Air for saving us during this heat! I will definitely call back if I’m ever in need of help for my ac and my heater.

After purchasing my first home a few months ago, I knew I would have to get Heating and AC installed before the summer came. I did my diligence and called 3 local companies including Advantage Air. From the moment I called and spoke with representative to schedule a consultation, I knew they were different. Milan the owner personally came out to my house as I had some specific questions and concerns given the layout and age of my home. He detailed a plan and outlined potential hurdles that none of the other companies could provide. I trusted Advantage Air to do the work since they clearly showed the most professionalism and knowledge in their craft. The pricing was considerably more of value than the other companies who tried to upsell on products I didn’t need. It’s been a month since the install. I couldn’t be happier to have went with Advantage to beat the heat this summer. I’ve already recommended him to my new neighbors too!

The Technicians who serviced our residence were very professional, courteous, on time and provided exceptional customer service. They ensured all work was cleaned up properly upon completion of the work. They informed us of all work completed and also made sure that work completed was in its most protected state. I give Anibal from Advantage Air five stars. Actually, the entire process was wonderful. I reached out to several HVAC companies near my house a week after a heat spell. I was surprised Advantage Air was able to visit me the following day, but I had to get my a/c fixed as soon as possible. Advantage Air was upfront about the service call cost, told me the appointment time frame (2 hour window), and followed up with an email confirmation. The next day Anibal showed up right at the beginning of the stated timeframe. He introduced himself, put some covers over his boots and got to work diagnosing my a/c problem. Anibal asked the right questions before he did any work. He didn’t jump to assumptions or try to sell me a new system, just because my system was 30 years old. When he started to take things apart, he found the problem within minutes. It was a bad thermostat and the wires were also broken. He temporarily bypassed the thermostat and the a/c did turn on. While running, Anibal went into the attic to test everyone else, including the heater side of the hvac. He came down, told me this works, that needs replacing now, and this other part will need to be replaced one day. Told me all the costs and I’m happy that replacing the thermostat would be the cheapest option. Anibal even said I can replace it myself to save some money. However, I asked him to do it, because I was busy and trust his work. Everything was done within an hour.

I also appreciate Anibal’s considerate nature. My house was recently painted and he made sure to wipe down or cover himself where things could get dirty. He picked up any trash or debris, and was careful moving around the house.

I will certainly call and use Advantage Air again.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was a big home investment, and I was truly impressed with Milan, and his installation crew. Milan took the time to educate me on what was needed for me to have an efficient central air system ( he wasn’t just chasing a buck). His install crew was on time and made sure that my house was protected by placing tarps on my wooded floors. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend Advantage Air.

Our system was not cooling properly so we called Advantage Air and they were able to get someone out the next day. Valarie helped me over the phone she was friendly and professional. Alejandro our tech was kind and helped our house cool down again. Would recommend.

I am very fortunate to be helped by Valarie in particular!! She helped me coordinate and schedule the repair and maintenance with no difficulties. The tech crew arrived on time and got the job done.
