“Beware of Major Scam” and “Fraud.”
Be extra careful about who you are letting inside your home. This company "Fuse HVAC" is link with 4 different HVAC names using contacts of varies area codes. “High Performance Heating and Air,” “Hi-Tech HVAC" and "High Performance HVAC." They are under one SCAM umbrella. Seems like they copy high rating HVAC companies to confuse the search engine when you are looking for service.
On 11/4/21, I called “fuse HVAC” for a heating problem. A technician by the name of “Joe” (Looks middle eastern, heavy set, drives a white truck with a logo of "High Performance Heating and Air." Seems very pleasant with good customer service. After he inspected my HVAC, he provided a quote of $1150 to change the “gas valve and control board.” I explained, this unit is 3yrs old. Are you sure this is the problem? He stated, he’s been in business for a long time and even gives a 5 year warranty to cover his work.
I advise Joe, I trust his diagnostic and requested for an invoice. It became suspicious to me when I received the invoice. My name was spelled incorrectly 3 times. The company had no address but a PO Box. Again, the company logo is "High Performance Heating and Air" but the Email is “Hi-Tech HVAC” and the contract license is under “High Performance HVAC.” The invoice price was quoted higher than Joe original quote.
The suspicion lead me to doing some research and later found out that this so-call “fuse HVAC” which I first initially called was tie to all these companies. Either this party (Joe) has done some very shady business scamming people or it is a major con-artist to have to use multiple outlet for business.
Just do your own research and you will find that the picture they use to market themselves is very suspicious, reviews for this company is random and have no content of service. However, real customers feedback expressed that Joe has done this shady scam more than once to numerous customers.
Here are two pictures to show you that this loser didn't even know how to put back my HVAC door. He got frustrated and left it open. I am still curious if he has messed with my furnace since there are two loose wires.

Yousuf Haddad came to my house, the heat was not working. He recommended replacing the furnace and AC and get the whole system checked. The furnace did look old so I agreed. They came in next day and did a quick and efficient installation and system check. Assured that they have checked everything, including the ducts and that things will work fine from here on. All I have I have to do from here on is to change the air filters. Grand total was 14650 USD. I waited all night and the temperature has gone up from 56 to mere 60 degrees in 6 hours. Happy to take down the review if they fix the "real" underlying cause and not sell me yet another product. In brief, nothing has been fixed.

I called an appointment to see what is wrong with my home AC unit and was seen by Joe Haddad(manager). This check-up service was to cost $65. Upon checking my AC unit, Joe, for some reason, decided to go ahead and fix the unit without my permission. Then he proceeds to tell me the service will cost $1,100. Of course I denied it because it seemed like such a steep price for such a short job. Joe then tells me that he will call back in two days to remove the parts he installed if I do not wish to pay the price. A few days later Joe calls and tries to cut the price of his service in half, $550. Again, I denied service and called him to remove the parts. Joe then TRESPASSES as he goes directly into my backyard without my knowledge of his presence and starts to remove the parts. Not once did he ring the doorbell to let us know he was here. We never gave authorization for him to enter the property yet and this made a few people in the household, including myself, uncomfortable. I then pay Joe the $65 and he tries to leave without giving me a receipt. Once this was all said and done, I also found a trusty person to fix my AC unit for $150! This tells me that this company is nothing short of a scam and violates the rights of others. Never do business with one like this.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! Scam scam scam. I called high performance heating and air conditioning and joe shows up to charge me 800 dollars for freon that really cost around 400 dollars. He then says I need a new power board in my furnace which was 1500 dollars. I felt no choice but do so. Then and he was finished I looked in the furnace and he did not change the power board nor did he change the transformer he said he did. I was really confused about the whole ordeal then to top it off when he charged my card for 2300 dollars for something that should've only costed around 600 to 700 dollars it was charged to hi tech heating and air. Thats how I even found this company to leave a review. Scam ! He left a magnet business card with high performance heating and air and charged me through this company. Definitely do not recommend and am not satisfied! Someone needs to put a stop to this crook!

DONT TRUST THIS CROOK!!!!
Technician came buy and told me my compressor was going out and recommended replacing the whole outside unit and would cost $5000. But he could ad something to the unit and it would give compressor more power to work and price was $1500. And would warranty his work for 5 yrs. So I decided to take the cheaper route. I let him in the back yard and before I could go back there and watch he said he was done, took all 5 min. So I asked him to show me what I paid 1500. I had a bad feeling all night so I called a friend who knew a lil bit about AC and he said all he did was change my capacitor and on Amazon that part is 25.00. I called Hi Tech office to complain and talk to owner and lady on the phone took my number and this guy will not return mine or my wife's call. This company is a RIP OFF

Be careful! I found good reviews for hi-tech in google and made an appointment. The operator tells me she is sending the lead technician, Joe. He gives me a card that states that he is the manager. He gives me a quote and wants to do the work in two days. According to him they use a specific brand. I asked for the model to check online reviews and compare. He does not want to give me the information. He tells me he needs to close the service call and wants my phone to do it as if he did not have one. BE CAREFUL!

My air conditioner is very OLD and has been giving me trouble for about two years, finally I could afford to have it serviced. I though I knew what part it needed, but I could not fix it, myself. Joseph came out, put the part on, checked the Freon level ... and everything works great! I was happy with the price, and I feel comfortable with Joseph's comments and his expertise. Cindy Martin

They have several Google review pages so it seems that they try to have a new business whenever they get bad reviews. Yousef (Joe) has no transparency when it comes to pricing. When I asked for a quote for my whole house HVAC he quoted $15500 and then later installed only 1 unit when my house needed 2 units (since there are two heaters in the house). When I asked him about it, he said that 2 units would actually double the price. I'm not sure who would pay $31000 for AC in a 3000 sqft house. He said as if he's giving the best price possible and cannot even taking 1 cent off. Note that I had 2 heaters in the place so there is no duct work needed. When I asked him about why would he quote $10000 for a single AC unit (not labor just the unit) he stated that's the wholesale price when it's actually close to $1500 for the unit.
When I confronted him about the price and how come there is only 1 unit installed when my house had 2 units for the old heaters, he became defensive and said I asked for 1 unit only when I actually asked for whole house AC. He answered well, 1 unit is enough for the house and made it sounded like I should've said exactly how many units instead of whole house AC and that he had installed 5 units for some house as if that's normal. He never once did walk into the house other than the garage.
