I have been having issues in my new home AC unit since I moved in. The company the builder uses has been here 6 times in 9 months-same issue. They finally told me they won’t come out to look at it anymore,it’s operating “normally”. Today Chad S. from Jake’s AC & Heater Repair looks things over, finds compressor bolts missing and loose, 2 pounds undercharge on Freon, and comes up with possible solutions to the wall buzzing and vibrations that the other company said are “normal”. In a couple hours Chad has my unit running quieter then it’s ever been. Very professional, pleasant technician! I was so impressed I signed up for a 3 year maintenance agreement on the spot! Jake's AC & Heater Repair called within 20 minutes. They were going to have a plumber in the area later the day. He was. He arrived about 2 hours after first contact. Job was done in 15 minutes. Easy.

Have had techs out every six months, since we have a maintenance plan with them THEY call us to set the appointment up. Nice that we don’t have to keep track of when it’s due to be checked. Our unit is old so tech didn’t tell us anything that we didn’t know already except a couple of things we were wondering about. Nice to know they’re not making up work that’s not needed. Since it has never been replace, but heading that way, we asked to get a estimate for new ac. Saw Jerry today. Very good experience! Went over everything plus left a detailed written copy. We are very pleased with the Jake’s AC & Heater Repair. Wish I could remember techs name to acknowledge him.

They did a great job cleaning our tankless water heater. The technician did the install last year and was familiar with the house and heater. He also asked if anything else needed attention before he left. I appreciate his help!

Our AC started acting up one night and we could not figure it out. I reached out to Jake’s AC & Heater Repair and got a reply almost instantly. They were able to come out same day. They sent info about the technician before he arrived and let us know when he was going to be there. He showed us what was wrong and quickly fixed it and even sent a video showing what was wrong.
