I would hire this company again in a New York minute. Dave was great...very friendly, competent and extremely informative regarding the plumbing in our house. The price was also very fair. In the past my wife and I would rent a giant half inch rooter from Home Depot, drag the huge monster to our home and snake out our clean outs. Those days are over since discovering Crandall's.

Our water heater stopped working and was leaking, The owner of the house called Crandall's and they sent out Kano within about 2 hours of the call. I got a new water heater installed and they hauled away the old one. No muss no fuss. The plumber was very courteous and polite which I appreciated.

This firm was not interested in making a repair rather they wanted to sell new equipment. They charged an excessive amount @$150 for a 10 minute diagnosis. Caveat emptor..

Crandall's did a great job, Ryan was the tech and explained all the work to be done along with All the cost. He was very efficient in his work and did agrea g job on the clean up. Will recommend Crandall's to everyone. Thanks , great job.

Think twice they are expancive! called for a gas leak they said $120 per hour called back after 1 hour and 12 minutes with an estimate. I said let me think..they wanted to repair a pipe and wanted $1100... anoter company replaced the complete pipe for $650. Now Cranall's charged me $240 for 2 hours work when they where only there for an hour.

Kevin, Paul, Sam, Sydnie, Angie, Kayla and everyone else at Crandall's Plumbing have been nothing but professional the 2x we have used their services at my daughter's Costa Mesa condo. Unfortunately, the most recent time I was out of the country and my daughter called another plumber, by mistake, for slow draining pipes in her master bedroom. This so-called "expert plumbing company" came out twice, with a total cost of $1200, without solving the problem. They then wanted to cut into the concrete to remove the blockage at a cost of thousands. By then I was back in the country and spoke with the technician that had been out to the condo twice and had said the only way to solve the issue was cut the concreted and replace 4' of drain pipe. I told him I thought there was another, much easier way to remove the blockage because of the sub pump system in the condo. He felt he was the expert (even though I relayed to him, that, though not a plumber, as a small developer I have built over 25 homes and do have some knowledge of all phases of construction. In short, I called Crandall at 2pm on Friday, by Saturday morning at 8:30 the blockage was removed, with NO concrete cutting and a cost of only $250!!! It really is too bad that there are so many unqualified, self-proclaimed professionals in all aspects of home repairs that charge consumers ridiculous amounts because they refuse (or don't know) how to completely analyze a problem to find the best and least expensive way of solving it. Crandall's Plumbing is not one of those unqualified plumbing companies. I have found their technicians look at the issue from all ways and have the experience and knowledge to do it right the first time and save the consumer $$s. Needless to say I told my daughter to be sure and throw away the business card of that other plumber and only call Crandalls from now on!!

Received notice from the city that I have a plumbing leak. Called Crandalls about 4PM Friday made appointment for 3-5PM the following day. Jeff (Plumber) arrived at 3PM analyzed and solved the problem in 15 minutes. My experience with Crandalls was great from efficient appointment schedule to Jeff, very nice young man, who showed up on time and efficiently and Inexpensively solved the problem. I believe Crandalls to be a five star company and would recommend them for your plumbing service needs.

A++ these guys truly went above and beyond the call of duty to help turn a terrible situation around. Kano and his apprentice came out to our brand new house that was having plumbing issues, and worked relentlessly to solve the problem. They certainly ran into their fair share of issues but kept coming up with new ideas to diagnose the problem. Once they figured out what exactly it was, they worked tirelessly to get the job done quickly and efficiently, can't emphasize enough the professionalism and true expertise Kano and his apprentice showed!! Would highly recommend, and wont ever go anywhere else for any plumbing needs!

I’ve been using Crandalls for multiple years now. I always ask for Sergio.He does very good work and is trustworthy. I highly recommend this company.
