Crandall's was the company recommended by my HOA for some required maintenance. I was impressed with how well they communicated and worked with me and the HOA setting up the initial appointment. On the day of the appointment, they were actually running ahead of schedule and called to ask if they could come early. Once they arrived they were polite, did the work and cleaned up well afterwards. They even answered a plumbing question I had about another issue to see if I could fix it myself. I would definitely recommend them.

Time for my water heater preventative maintence check. The work was done professionally and the plumber went over all of the checks he had done to ensure the long life of my water heater. Great job!

Kano and Kevin have done multiple jobs for my family. So much so, that we request them anytime we have work to be completed. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I will always make the calls to Crandall's when I have a plumbing issues.

I've called them two times now. They are quick, efficient, honest, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Their prices have risen a bit but honestly, what hasn't?

Jeff Beddow was working next door at my neighbors when he noticed my main water line was leaking. He took the time out of his busy schedule to come over and inform me. I couldn't believe it. I asked if it was at all possible for him to fix the problem while he was working next door. He was so helpful and stated he would really try to work this in after completing the job he was working on. Not only did he fix my problem, which included tearing out the front sidewalk , he replaced the large pipe and replaced the concrete walk same day and at a reasonable price ! He and his team are amazing. I also had to contact their front office and each time their receptionist was so professional and helpful. I was so relieved to get a referral for such a well reviewed plumber. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed from the time I placed my initial call. I got voicemail which wasn't a huge surprise but their message said that I would get a call back within one business day. I did not so I called back. When I verbalized my concern that I didn't get a call back in their stated time frame of expectation, the receptionist Kayla was unapologetic about it. I decided I couldn't let my initial negative experience prevent me from getting the 4.4 Yelp / 4.5 Google star service I was expecting. But the first available appointment was 4 days later. Although I didn't have a burst pipe or a true emergency, when the water provider sends someone out because of the amount of water you're using, and you have no idea where the leak is, 4 days is way too long to wait. Needless to say I found another plumber, 4 Yelp / 4.9 Google, who not only came out within 2 hours of my call, without an emergency charge, they fixed the problem with 5 star service.

We consistently receive outstanding service from Crandall's. They are responsive and follow up with their repairs and installations.

Have used Crandall's services over the years and they are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and do really nice work. Happy to use them again when needed.
