Crandall's Plumbing is a great after hours plumbing company. The technician came within the hour of my call, around 10:45 PM. The cost was fair, and I appreciate they were available late at night! Brent, the man who took my call, and the technician doing the work, were polite and professional. Candles replaced a handi capped toilet for me. They did a great job. 🌞

The plumber who helped me came to the house on time and promptly made all of the repairs I requested. In my view, the repairs would have been very difficult for anyone who was not a talented and experienced plumber. I appreciate the the help and will continue to use Crandall's for any future plumbing issues.

We have been calling on Crandall's for years now! For our home, our rental unit and even our business. I recommend them all the time. They do solid work, bill fairly and just make our day a bit easier. What more can you ask for?? Thanks Crandall's!

We called late one afternoon and they had a plumber there the next day to repair/ replace two shower valves that had failed. They were prompt, diagnosed and explained the issue quickly, gave us a price for the job before they began, got the parts and had both showers fixed in no time. We would definitely call them again!

Crandall's Plumbing came during the window of time that we had scheduled to check out water heater. I was already pretty convinced that I wanted to have a new one installed. Upon their inspection they said they could fix it but it is hard to find the part. I told them I would like to just install a new water heater and they were able to install it within a few hours and have us back up and running. Their work was professional and clean. This is the second time that I have used their services and have been pleased both times.

I am a fan of Crandall's Plumbing, I do a lot of home improvements and use them on all my rentals....they are noting short of magnificent. Pricing, service, knowledge I wouldn't use anyone else.

Before you decide to hire this company for any job, I cannot emphasize enough that you really need to get estimates from other companies unless you want to pay a lot more than necessary.
You will thank me later. In my short experience with them, their prices are about 3 times that of other companies.

Also, they kept me in the dark when the technician was supposed to show up. I was home waiting for hours but no knock on the door or a simple text message.
When I call the office to find out what is going on, I was told the technician just took photos from outside.
I did not get any apology from them.
