Crandall's Plumbing Heating & AC

My water heater went out while I was away and my neighbor tried to have Crandall's fix it. They tightened some fittings and left. The next day it leaked worse and so they bypassed the water heater until I got home. Not only did they charge me for 2 service calls but the total was over $500 and no parts were used.

A couple months ago our washing machine started backing up into the kitchen sink and bathtubs. They sent a guy out and it looked like whatever he was doing was working and the water was starting to drain but then black stuff started coming up in the tubs and it got worse. He wasn't able to fix the problem but still charged me over $300

They have very fast service, same day in my case to come by and take a look. The pricing quoted was not too expensive and the technician and appt staff were very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend.
