My plumbing problem was quickly resolved by Joe's Plumbing & Heating. The repair was completed expertly by the competent technician.

Technician: Mike C The scheduled appointment window was from 1-4pm. Quite a spread, but not unusual. On the day of, Mike called me and notified me he could come early. He was in my garage within 20 minutes and continued to updated me via call and text. Communication was frequent and he was able to explain everything very clearly. Best part is the fix was very fast! 2 hours and he was done. Replaced water heater and also went fixed existing piping and leaks on the incoming water line. Job was clean, professional, and fast!

Simply put, Danny (148612) was a consummate professional. He was methodical, very clearly knew what he was doing and provided more than just replacement service. The old heater was so old that it was in violation of new code requirements and he brought it completely back up to code, even added a pan to keep any leaking in the distant future contained. Peace of mind for me and a sweet additional selling point going forward for those who really look at the details of home ownership. The new heater is made in the USA so that also made me great in buying American! All COVID precautions were taken and we really appreciate the care and cleanliness of the full install, its like he wasn’t even here…except for the new water heater that is now working wonderfully!

I contacted Joe’s Plumbing & Heating thee Saturdays ago, upon discovering that I again had no hot water from my Noritz tankless. They sent a technician within a couple of hours, which saved the day as I was having many guests over later that evening. Having flushed and serviced the heater, later in the week it again started to provide hot water only sporadically. Last week, they sent Mike C who diagnosed the problem. He gave me a quote for a new, larger unit., including crediting the cost of the repair visit. I got another estimate, which Joe’s Plumbing & Heating beat. Besides, I could tell that Mike is a real pro who is proud of his work. I knew he’d get it done right and quickly. He put in the new heater Friday. It is much more professionally plumbed and placed. I feel confident in the work and the future performance. I recommend Mike and Joe’s Plumbing & Heating to anyone who is thinking about getting a tankless heater. The best.

I would highly recommend due to great service/value for money. I had 4 engineers Look at my heating system. I received different advice from all engineers with conflicting information. Darren diagnosed the fault shortly after attending my home and running diagnostic checks on the heating system. 5/5
