My water heater stopped working this past week. I called several stores to check on the services. In the end I decided on Hayes Air; even though they were not the cheapest, they were the most responsive and seemed most professional. The installation was scheduled on 7/26 between 8-10am in the morning. Jose called before he arrived, and came on time. He was very good about explaining my options, and the entire job was done in an hour. He left the place really clean and took time to explain what he did, and how to operate the new water heater. The experience was great and I am enjoying my new water heater. Highly recommended.

Hayes Air responded quickly and clearly informed us what type of work needed to be done (e.g. replace pipes and install a backwater valve) throughout the process, they kept us informed and answered any questions we had. Hayes Air technician helped our family get back online with hot showers today. Even the dog was happy to see him. He was professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough in his work. I am very pleased with my service Hayes Air provided. I was treated as if I was a loyal customer already and this was my first experience with them. I called and informed them of my issues that I was from Pahrump and they had a team out to service me the next day. The group of guys who came out were very positive and patient with the circumstances at hand. My pipes from the kitchen sinks were clogged with grease over the years, unfortunately some pipes needed to be replaced, which led them underneath my home. Everything was fixed in a short time and my sinks are working better than they have in a very long time. I definitely recommend Hayes Air, and if needed I will use them again.

We were very happy with the service from this company. Our heater was not working, and the technicians fixed it. The service was friendly and I appreciated the explanation given. The following day it didn't start at first but then worked later. I had called the company and we were pleased to receive a follow up call later on to check that it was still working OK.
