Service Titan AC & Heating

Called them for my broken AC system it was extremely old and the previous home owner did not properly maintained it. I already had few quotes from different companies but Vic and Artur gave me a much better deal. Obviously went with them and now I have waay more efficient brand new unit

The best service, most professional, honest and fair. Vick assisted us almost immediately, gave us very honest, solid advice, and showed up on time to take care of our AC right before a heatwave. We are so appreciative!

The tech was great. Very courteous, professional, and fixed our AC in about 20 minutes. Came on the 4th of July not many companies would have services provided today. I would recommend this company any day.

Highly recommend hiring this company! Scheduling a time was so smooth, they worked with my schedule, and were incredibly responsive. Vick was great, he found and fixed the leak in my unit very quickly, and he made sure to explain the process so I could understand what was being done. Will definitely use them again!

I was a little skeptical about the 5 star reviews but now I’m giving them 5 stars. Very straightforward guys. They told me what was my issue and how much would it cost to repair it before doing any repairs. The price was reasonable. Definitely would use them again.

Professionalism at it’s finest. Unit works again, apparently the board was burnet out. Took 2 business days for them to come back and replace it. Vick was awesome

My heater broke and I have kids and it’s freezing cold now. I was looking for fast and good service. I found this comp on Google called them. They scheduled for same day service and came right in time. My heater was repaired quickly. The guy was very nice and professional. Great service. I appreciate everything he did. I recommend highly!!!!!

I was referred to this company by my colleague after my heater completely shut down. They came out that same day (Saturday 1/21 ) on very short notice. Arthur was very professional and explained every step of the repair, after my heater was fixed he checked my air filter and my A/C unit (at no extra charge) to make sure that everything was good. Now my home is warm and cozy all thanks to ServiceTitan.

My heater kept turning on and off, Arthur was the technician sent to fix it, he found the issue pretty fast (motherboard) and replaced it. Very happy with the customer service. Will definitely call for future issues.
