The service is top rate! The tech, David P, showed up within an hour of my call! He took out my leaking water heater, replaced it with a new water heater, and cleaned up after himself. Left over water in tank was used to water my grass! No waste. AND he took away the leaking unit! Extremely happy with Joe’s Plumbing & Heating service! Want to thank Paul too for his quick scheduling of this service!

This is our second time using Joe’s Plumbing & Heating. They responded quickly and sent a technician out the next day. Clayton Young did an outstanding job and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to replace our leaking water heater and bring everything up to code. He kept me posted on his arrival time, explain everything he was doing, and even let me record a video of how to relight the pilot. I would definitely ask for him again should we have water heater issues.
