Called Moe's Co. 3 weeks ago to request a quote on 2 mini split HVACs. They scheduled the appointment on a Friday of the following week. The tech showed up on Friday, measured everything and said he would e-mail me a quote on Monday. I did mention I have kids and the rooms get really cold and I need the units ASAP. Monday came and gone NO quote was even e-mailed. The Thursday of that same week, contacted Moe's Co, e-mailed them asking where the quote was, again there was NO response, today is the 2nd week since the tech showed up but still NO quote NO response. Called another company, they showed up the next day and provided me a quote right on the spot, no need to wait weeks for a quote.

These guys either have too much business and don't need another one or they simply don't care and their customer service is HORRIBLE. Either way I DO NOT RECOMMEND Moe's Services, there are many other ones who deserve your business but definitley NOT Moe Co.

Chris did a great job, was very thorough and very friendly.

Chris found the problem with the AC and fixed it quickly. He is very professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone.

Originally, I had a frustrating experience with Moe's Plumbing. They sent out the wrong type of person to repair the leak I had, and then when the issue wasn't resolved, they sent out a second person and charged me a 2nd time. When they heard how frustrated I was, however, they were very polite and have since improved the situation.

$1400.00 to install two faucets, and one cartridge in my only working (now leaking) shower. **Update: Moe came back to us to try and fix our issues. One they definitely fixed was that we were assigned a 2nd plumber to work on our installations, and we had specifically asked for only one -- thus increasing the labor cost. Moe agreed that this wasn't right, and they credited us back around $400 dollars. They also sent over two additional workmen to try and find a fix for the new problem, but were unable to do so. We have since replaced the shower with another company, so the problem has gone away. I should also mention that the work they did on the bathroom faucets was first rate. So I will move them up a star.
