Freonx Air Conditioning and Heating

Writing this review of Freonx for my aunt that does not use google. Thank you for bringing some cool air into an otherwise extremely warm house. Efficient, price-effective, and good workmanship! Would recommend.

Last year our AC was working so badly, and there was a noise and smell every time we used it. This year we have decided to make it work better before the summer heat starts.
Freonx needed only 5 minutes to find out what is the problem. So they fixed it, and now we have a good working AC.
They are amazing!

SoCal has crazy weather this year, yes? It’s flooding in Spring, but boiling HOT during the holidays! My family makes tamales as part of holiday tradition, but we can’t make them at my Moms unless the A/C is on point and running extra cold. Thanks to our neighbor for recommending FREONX AC and HEAT!

You saved us from cold! This winther was cold in the north of LA. And unfortunately my heating system was down and Being by myself a woman with kids that doesn’t understand anything from that I had to find someone trusted. Luckily my neighbor had the same issue a week prior to my disaster and had a good experience with this company. As soon as I called them they have me the visit and fixed my problem. I am so happy with the professionalism and honesty of these people.

My gratitude knows no boundaries! I thought my air conditioner went unbeaten because of the permanent floor, I constantly called various masters and spent a lot of money. My brother advised me to go to Freonx. I described to them my problem, to which they told me not to worry, and that everything will be done with the highest quality and in the shortest possible time, and they did not deceive how much time has passed, everything works like a clock! All work was completed within a clearly specified time frame. The most important quality, from which I was very satisfied! I advise everyone! Five stars out of five!

My AC went out during the hottest moments, me and my family were getting heat stroke almost. Having the fans running non stop day and night was giving me a headache. I’ve contacted many places but a lot were backed up or a week out for a appointment. Calling almost all the places, I have this place a chance and it was like God answering my prayer. I told them my situation and they were fast with responding and pushing someone through to come out for help. Within couple hours I had a handyman in my doorstep ready to fix my AC. I started having issues with my 4 year old outside unit this summer. The team at Freonx worked through the manufacturer's (long and tedious) process with me and resolved the issues. The service techs were responsive and courteous and the service manager kept me apprised of progress. I would use this company again. Very good and reliable service highly recommended.

We had an absolute nightmare in our house with two very ill children and an AC that stopped working during a heatwave. We initially went through our Home Warranty company, HWA, and they were just awful. They refused to return our calls or provide updates and stalled for 4 days. When we communicated with FreonX directly they answered our calls immediately. The technician gave us updates and was so thorough in his inspection. They fixed our system quickly, despite the fact that we needed a difficult-to-find part. We were incredibly thankful and will definitely be using them in the future!

Tom is the guy.
We called the company to fix our roof cooler. The water came out and we had to shut the water for the whole house. My sister couldn’t tolerate the heat and my mom needed water for cooking. Tom arrived quickly. I told him what had happened. Without looking the cooler, he could tell what caused the problem. The copper line was broken. He got it replaced. He also showed us how to maintain the cooler during winter months.
