We had to replace an old water heater on short notice, and Quality one heating & AC repair responded within 10 minutes of me sending him a quote request. He very clearly laid out all of our options and which one he thought would be best based on our situation (note that it was not the most expensive option). Quality one heating & AC repair replaced the water heater two days later (the day we requested based on our schedules). Quality one heating & AC repair were great to work with. This was very much appreciated, as prior to calling them, we had contacted a different water heater repair company who was 4 hours late to the appointment, charged more just for a quote, and then tried to push us to the most expensive route. Reliable, thoughtful and complete, reasonable price. And really nice. Highly recommend. I needed to replace a 20 year old hot water heater in a rental condo -- I live in San Francisco. The water heater did not have a pan, and was installed many years prior. I reached out to 5 providers. Quality one heating & AC repair responded quickly (along with 3 others). Because he couldn't do a site visit to assess, as I do not live at the property, he asked very thoughtful questions, including measurements, as the heater was in a tight, unusual place. Others did not ask these questions -- which was a huge indication that if I went with them, they likely would have show up with a pan and heater that didn't fit. The communication with staff was very responsive. I flew from SF to Seattle and team showed up right on at promised time! Amazing service! When our 13 year old, 50 gallon water heater bit the bullet, I called Quality one heating & AC repair at 8 am, and the water heater was removed and replaced by 12 noon the same day. The new unit is Energy Star certified, has intuitive controls, and works great! He was very professional, did a fantastic job on the install, and provided great advice about choosing a new unit appropriate for our home and needs.

I used yelp and got estimates from several plumbers.. Quality one heating & AC repair staff was very prompt in replying and ask a lot of questions.. that was my first clue that he knew what he was doing. The quote was good, the scheduling was very convenient and the guys where very professional. Quality one heating & AC repair guys know what there doing when it comes to replacing a water heater... in and out in probably an hour and a half.

Fantastic service! No nonsense, responsive, friendly, quick and clean! Moved to a new house and wanted to replace the heater before it gave up. I searched a few businesses on Yelp, this one read well by the reviews - didn't disappoint! Exchanged text messages with Quality one heating & AC repair and sent a few pictures of the existing tank. He called me and asked a few questions - I know zero about water heaters, he advised on what made most sense, gave me the price and agreed to schedule the following week. As it wasn't urgent, I wasn't overly rushed - he moved with whatever my schedule needed. Texted me a few hours before to check I was still free, and again when he was 10 minutes away. All I had to do was show him where the tank was, hardly 30 minutes later they were done! Really efficient and friendly. Excellent service by Quality one heating & AC repair !!

Awesome customer service and quality job. Called a night before and next day 50 gallon tall gas water tank/heater delivered and installed professionally. New Bradford White water tank is great so far - it's set at relatively low heat but delivering surplus of hot water. Highly recommend Quality one heating & AC repair .

I had a horrible experience (leaking hot water heater) turn into a great one. I found the leak on a Sunday and had a new hot water heater installed and working by Tuesday morning. I loved how I was able to text my pictures and get a quote back right away which cut down on this normally painful process by at least a day. I was't able to be there for the install (my tenant was there) but Quality one heating & AC repair staff was super communicative about his ETA and sent me pictures of the install afterwards.

Quality one heating & AC repair didn't provide the cheapest of the quotes I got to replace my water heater, but I was very satisfied with the email communication I had with Quality one heating & AC repair and went with them because of the good customer service.
