I highly recommend Tom from Freonx. Tom resolved all of the issues I reported to my home insurance company. This included troubleshooting and fixing issues related to the mini split AC units in my home that were not properly cooling and rerouting PVC piping with the appropriate grading/angling to expel AC condensation water to a drain. Tom was very thorough and went above and beyond to complete the repairs. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. I also appreciated Tom’s attention to detail and cleanliness. He wore a mask and shoe booties in the house. Thank you, Tom!

Tom is an HVAC legend. He spent two hours on my roof in 100+ degree heat to get my ac going again. He kept a good nature and gave great advice on how to keep the unit working. Nancy in the office was efficient, scheduled the inspection and repair with urgency, and was responsive through the whole process.
