    I had two repairmen come out to look at my washer. One was in and out within a few minutes and only told us the control board was bad and it would be months before one would come in. He was not from Super Air. I needed a second opinion. I contacted Super Air & Appliance Repair and they came out the next day! Robert came out with a partner, and they tried everything to fix my washer. They explained what the problem was, what caused the problem, and provided me with options. Although I have to buy a new washer, I would recommend Super Air & Appliance Repair. Not only did they take the time to take apart the washer, they also recommended which brands to buy and which brands to stay away from. I appreciate the time, the honesty,
    the advice, and the fact that they explained it all to me. Thanks again guys.

    They came out to help out my parents all the way to kerman. Two nice gentlemen communicate well with my dad and I made us understand the issues and gave us advice for the future. Will definitely be coming with them in the future.

    This company was contracted out to fix our Air Conditioner by our Home Warranty. The first tech that came out got on the roof but was on the phone the entire time asking questions about the unit. He came down and said the senior tech had to come out and check it out because he didn't know what was wrong. The Senior tech comes out a few days later, but does not let us know when he arrives and climbed on to my neighbors roof. He said that the fuses were out, changed them, but then came down and said that wasn't the problem. The tech came back a third time and said they needed to replace the control board, which they did, but once again didn't let us know if they were done or when they were arriving at the house. Once the board was replaced the tech called and said that another part had to be replaced and that they had to contact the home warranty company in order to get it approved. We never heard back from the company again and tried to call them multiple times with no response. The A/C went out again with the same issue a month later, and we had to have another company come out and fix the problem. I would not recommend this company for A/C repair again.

    Great experience! They were able to tell me what was wrong with my washing machine within a few minutes. They were then able to go get the parts and come back and fix my leaky washing machine that same day! No charge for diagnostic, only parts and labor, and they were decent prices too! I will for sure be recommending them to anyone who needs service or repair. Thank you Super Air & Appliance Repair!

    I got to say Super Air & Appliance Repair was great. I had a pair of refrigerators that need servicing and repair. All of the service was top notch, from the receptionist who I spoke to on Friday, to the tech, Vidal who came out Saturday morning. They also kept me in the loop, were polite, and they were always in touch with the office making sure everything got done in a professional manner. I am glad I called them. Now I know where to call if I ever need an appliance worked on.

    Anthony the tech has been amazing! Accommodating our last minute needs for the heater during the escrow process of purchasing a home. He explained things to me and my clients so that we could actually understand and had the heater in working order in time! The pricing was competitive too! Clients are very happy!

    This company was contracted by Sears via my purchased protection agreement to repair a broken washer and initially came out on February 24th to diagnose the problem. On that day they came out, diagnosed the problem, and informed me that they would be ordering parts and returning to fix the washer once the parts arrived. Once the parts arrived at my house (one from FedEx and another from UPS) I called them to schedule the repair. They agreed to come out the following Monday morning as “the very first appointment”, their exact words. I got a call that Monday shortly before 8 a.m. that the 3rd part that was scheduled to come to them still hadn’t showed and they’d have to reschedule. This was the first time they mentioned a 3rd part was supposed to be coming (There was no 3rd part as part of the repair. It was the control board and the cold water inlet valve which had both already arrived to my house). This is when I began to suspect that I was dealing with a bad company. They arrived for the repair at a later date and I was at work. They were unsuccessful with the repair and told my babysitter that the new control board needed a different power source so they had to order a new power source and would return. I called to talk to Angelica to get some clarity as they left no notes or documentation and the washer was still turning on as normal so it needing a new power source made zero sense to me since the reason for the repair was due to the washer not putting out any water. At that time she told me Sears would be ordering the parts and to contact them. I contacted Sears and Sears told me the contractor would be ordering the parts. This went on for another month and nobody seemed to know what parts were being ordered or who ordered it (I should add that Super Air & Repair would only answer/return my calls less than 20% of the time and I was beginning to call more frequently because we were going past 2 months with no washer and no solution to the problem). One day I finally had enough. I had been patient the entire time and never showed any frustration towards neither the contractor nor Sears. I requested that Sears hire a new contractor and to have Super Air & Repair removed from this job. The VERY NEXT DAY Angelica calls me to say they magically located this part that nobody seemed to know about and would be here the very next day to finish the repair between 1 and 5 p.m. She asked me to text her the new address where we moved since the previous repair. I texted it to her and she confirmed receipt. I was working 7p-7a that week so I cut my sleep short and sat around the house from 1 p.m. til around 4:45 p.m. and nobody had showed up. I called Angelica to confirm they were still coming and she said yes. At about 5:30 she called and said they accidentally showed up to the old address and had to reschedule til the following Monday. This was clearly a lie and it was very obvious that this is a completely incompetent business I was dealing with. I asked for the earliest appt Monday since I was getting off work at 7. a.m. and didn’t want to wait up all day and have to go back to work without sleep because of them AGAIN. On Monday they showed up past their 8-noon window (not surprised) so I asked if I had to stay awake any longer during the repair. They said no so I went to bed. When I got up for work there were no notes left behind so I figured the washer was fixed. NOPE. It still wasn’t putting out water. I called Angelica and she said they told her it was fixed. I told her it absolutely wasn’t. (By the way, they didn’t replace any power source they just replaced the control board a 2nd time.) They came back the next day while I was asleep and told my babysitter that they knew exactly what was going on and would put a rush order for the new part. Instead, they just closed out the repair as finished without telling me and I had to find this out on my own a few days later when calling Sears

    Called most appliance repairs over the course of two weeks to have no one get back to me or return my calls or answer. Finally called Super Air & Appliance Repair and they were able to come see my washing machine the same day. They were able to tell me that the part I replaced was actually defective which saved me a lot of money so I can just return it and try again. Very happy with the service and they are very polite too. Will highly recommend to my friends and will be using again if needed!

    The owner and his partner came out and with in 20 minutes had the issue figured out. Got the part with in 30 and had me up and running in no time. I recommend their service and will be using them again! Thanks for repairing my ice maker!
