I called three different companies none of them could help until later this week. When i called Steve Patrick the owner answered while he was still working on a sunday afternoon and told me not a problem i will call my tech and send him to you. And thats what happened my ac is fixed and i am greatfull he answered. If anyone ask me if i know an AC guy i will say call steve patrick

We came home from a 3 week vacation to a house with no AC because the compressor was out! This company came out on a Sunday afternoon. They had a new unit (our AC unit was 25+ years old) up and running by Monday afternoon! I felt their analysis of the problem as well as recommendation for the new unit were trustworthy. I will call them for annual checks.

Great Service- Our Air Conditioner went out on the 4th of July. Steve sent a repairman to our house within two hours. He repaired our unit and we had cool air again. We appreciate Steve Patrick Air Conditioning.

I wanted a second quote. They rechecked every, said they found two issues, one being the same as what the other company found, yet they were able to fix both at almost half the cost. The even had the part available unlike the other company. Air works so much better, hoping my electric bill goes down some too.

Call their office today spoke with a office person. I told her we already had our unit diagnosed by another company for $89.00 so we knew exactly what was wrong with the unit. She told me they would have to charge us $75.00 to diagnose the unit. I told her we knew exactly what had to be done and I had the part numbers to be replaced. She stated they would still have to diagnose it and charge us $75.00. This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone if this is how they do business. Its all about the almighty buck to this company

Steve Patrick and his team are far and above the HVAC field in Fresno county; their number one concern and entire focus is customer service. I became a new client about two years ago and when I need help, they are here quickly, effectively and professionally. Thank you Steve, Jose and Daniel. You are the best!

Crazy experience with phone lady. Answered then put me hold where i got to send a msg. Then 1/2 later she left msg on my answering machine did i still want guy to come. When I called back rang forever and left msg. Later they called back - when I answered there was no one there. Belive this person has issues because I told her why did you put on hold so I had to leave a msg, and she didn't like it. She's so disorganized and rude. Well been a customer for 15 years, and now Steve has seen the last of a great customer.

I needed someone fast to come to my elderly parents home to. Look at there heater because it want working. Steve patrick sent out a technician named Andrew that was so nice and patient. With all my dads questions. He got them air the same day. I am so pleased with this business.

Great customer service, and very friendly, always on time, i called because there was a small leak and they responded fast, they went to my home to fix the leak. I recommend this company for everyone. Thank you for your hard work and do it Right!!
