Steve Patrick Air Conditioning & Heating

So we had issues with our A/C Sept 2018. So we had home warranty coverage but they kept beating around trying to fix a 32 year old A/C unit. My utility bill was like $550 to $650 a month. So we had a brand new Carrier A/C installed at our house in 2018 by Mike and his crew. They even did all the wiring so I could put in a NEST thermostat to be more energy efficient. The install was smooth and they even put on all my new covers for the returns I had bought and sealed them. Great work and best of all no mess to clean after they left. I did over 16 bids from companies here in Fresno and Clovis over a 2 week span. Steve Patrick wasn't the lowest but compared to 10 others they were like 5k cheaper. They didn't try to sell me additional stuff like the other companies. One company wanted to cut a whole in my ceiling for the return, when I already had 2 returns. I have recommended them to my co-workers and since then 3-4 have used them. I would go back in a heart beat especially now that my utility bills are like $260 in summer 2000 sq ft house A/C at 75 when we are home 78 at night and I run my pool pump 6 hrs a day 7 days a week. Cancelled the home warranty protection I was paying $89 a month. For the savings on utility and not paying warranty investment return in under 3 yrs. Hands down a great and HONEST company about what you really need.

My ac went out in my apartment on a Saturday, they said no one was free to come until Monday but if I found someone they would pay me back.
I called 9 total companies and Steve is the only person to answer and send someone out.

He had someone at my door 36 min after our call ended! ON a weekend!

Martin the tech, found a few loose wires and a bad wire to the thermostat as well as my motor blower going out. After getting the okay from the owners to replace the motor our apartment is cold once again!
And the new blower is really pushing the air, I didn't even notice how weak the old one was blowing compared to this!

I also talked to the owners of the apartment complex and they were to so pleased with Steve Patrick Air, they have added him to the complex vendor list! I hope that helps them a ton, they seem deserving !

It took him awhile to get to me but I’m sure I wasn’t the only client that day. They responded the same day the call was made. My landlord used this company. It helps to have a landlord that is quick to call in and approve repairs too. The guy was quick to diagnose and fix problem. Only took a couple hours from start to finish. I don’t know the cost as I am a renter. My blower motor went out and it was 99 that day here in Fresno. Poor guy was on my roof in that heat at the peak of the afternoon! He was a lifesaver!! Very nice and sympathetic to my whining with no complaints. Kudos to him for sweating out the heat just so we can stay cool :)) we offered iced cold water to him while he was working. That was the hottest day of the week.

Wow, talk about saving me in pinch! I called several places, many of whom were closed on a Sunday, and could not get an appointment for several days. I have a child with XLHED who does not sweat and thus high temperatures are dangerous, and we were very concerned when our A/C went out. Steve responded quickly (while standing on a roof for another job!) and had Martin out to our house within a very short period of time. Martin was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and although he did not have the necessary part on hand, obtained it quickly and finished the repair the same day. Very satisfied with the service.

We had been told by a different company that the compressor on our A/C unit was out and there were potentially other issues that warranted the replacement of the unit to the tune of $12,000.00. We felt a second opinion was needed and used Steve Patrick Air after a friend was bacially told the same thing and had their A/C repaired for a modest charge. Danial from Steve Patrick was at our home within the hour and quickly found a faulty breaker, a $9.52 repair. It was clear Danial was knowledgeable and thorough. This will be the first company I call for repairs and services going forward.

Steve Patrick Air Condition is AMAZING!!!! We had an a/c issue & Steve Patrick came to our rescue!!! I have an elderly mother & my a/c stopped working in 115 degree weather. They understood the risk of this issue & made it a priority to repair my system. I would recommend Steve Patrick Air to everyone!!! Thank you for coming to my aid, during my extreme time of need!!!

Once again Steve Patrick saved us in a pinch, AC was having trouble right before a heatwave. Called in the vening on Thursday, tech was at My house first thing Friday morning.

SO not impressed. I think this business used to be more professional but as of right now, I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone I know. The tech came out and wrote on the invoice that he basically plugged in a couple of things and replaced the air filter (that we provided) and then billed us for 90 minutes. The guy was only there for maybe 10-15 minutes.
My dad is a licensed general contractor and has recommended this business for a long time but the new receptionist tried telling my dad that they don't have an account with them. It took quite awhile to figure that mess out. I don't know if they need to find a new receptionist or if they're just that incompetent. I know they used to be a good business but we were billed $127.50 for the tech to basically plug in a couple of things and install an air filter (which I could have done myself in 5 second.)
I would love to revise my review once Steve Patrick gets things straightened out but at this point, I would definitely recommend that you find another HVAC business to work with.

Fresno 106 degrees no AC NO BUENO! Everyone else booked out two days, Steve Patrick Air got me up and running the same day. Andrew my technician went above and beyond to explain the repair, show me the parts, and thoroughly clean unit for better functionality. I couldn't have asked for a more honest, professional and capable repair. I've found my new HVAC team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Had Steve Patrick out to install new unit on our house. Great bunch of guys that did the job. After getting a few estimates we went with him being the best price. I highly recommend this company.
