The service was excellent. I called Ruben on a Saturday morning he was out here quickly and with no hesitation.. The part was ordered for early Monday morning and he was here first thing to repair my unit 5 stars 🌟 🤩 ✨️ nice , friendly and professional.. recommend to all homeowners!

Contacted Roo's heating and air through Yelp for a free estimate. They were prompt in their response and came out the very next day. Roo's estimate for a replacement hvac system was far lower than other contractors in the area and their service & installation was top notch. I'd highly recommend them for all your hvac needs!

I'm so impressed with this company. We were in a real pinch when our AC broke. Ruben showed up first thing the next day and got the thing fixed within an hour. I HIGHLY recommend this business. They're fast, they're effective, and they're friendly people.

You really shouldn't go 40-45 through residential neighborhoods. Especially intersections, where you fail to yield. But I'm guessing you are never late, so five stars.

I've had my AC unit almost 4 yrs and haven't had it serviced. Its starting to get hot so I called Roo's. I spoke to Ruben, who set up an appt that was convenient for me. They came the next afternoon and were actually a bit early. Jimmy the Service Tech, checked everything out and I was in good shape. He explained everything he checked on the unit outside, then came inside to check that the air was blowing at the correct temp and that there was good flow at the air return vent. I will definitely call Ruben up again when its time to do the maint. before winter. Thank you

My AC didn't work, with these hot afternoons here already, I called Roo's. They called me back immediately and let me know they would have someone out to me with the Hour. Actually it was less than 30 min., they were able to make the repair at a great cost. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things to me, so I could understand. Our AC went out Tuesday evening and after calling around without any luck we found Roos number Wednesday morning. They were able to come out within a couple hours. They had to run get a replacement part, but our AC was up still and running within an hour. Definitely thankful and would recommend calling Roo!

My air conditioning unit was installed four years ago by A DIFFERENT company that is fairly well known. This company didn’t offer a maintenance plan and they messed up the install in more ways than one. Time went by fast as I just realized, when my AC wasn’t blowing very hard or cold, that my AC had not been maintenanced in four years since it had been installed. I called around some other companies and their availability was a week or two out due to the heat and helping those with units not functioning at all. This wasn’t going to work for me because my AC was not holding a temp cooler than 83°. I didn’t want to wait for it to actually break or continue to get hotter inside. And I have several pets that live inside with me, I was sweating and they were panting. Roos was able to get to me the same day and perform a maintenance which cleaned my unit, changed my air filters (they were absolutely disgusting!) and my unit was quickly blowing colder air! My unit was really dirty as I live near orchards and all the harvesting dirt really accumulated! The gentleman that showed up was professional and courteous. I’ll definitely be calling back for all of my AC and heating needs!

I’ve worked (in the past) for Ruben the owner of Roos and he’s a good guy. I’ve seen personally how he responds rather quickly and he cares about his customers. He treats them like family. Plus (which is my favorite) His prices are Affordable compared to other HVAC companies.
