Roos installed my HVAC system in the summer, cooled great. When the weather turned cold in the winter, the heating system was inadequate. I called Ruben to discuss the issue, he came to my home that afternoon & resolved the issue on the spot. Great customer service!

A 24 hours service, answering phone call promptly - and able to get our AC repaired that evening. The AC capacitor was not working and had it replaced. Total service time was approximately 15 minutes - a quick fix luckily!

I called roos heating and air to do a yearly maintenance on my ac unit and he was on time, very professional and informative and very reasonably priced.. i will definetly continue to use and highly recommend ruben and his team!
