I had my unit diagnosed in February and was the control board that needed replacing. The company that came out first gave me a quote and had the part right then. I waited a little bit and had this company come out. I informed them that I had the diagnosis and just needed it to get fixed. The tech did another diagnostic and told me the same thing I had told him. He charged me the $69 and didnt have the part nor could he give me a quote. I took the day off assuming they were like the other company and were able to fix it the same day. Now, I'm having to wait for them to find the part, give me a quote and schedule someone to come out to install it. It's only been about an hour and a half and Simon reached out to me. He was able to get the part needed and will be out shortly to replace it. They definitely want to take care of their customers. Thank you Simon!

Wanted to go with someone local, was disappointed in my decision to use VAR. Told parts were local, yet took weeks to obtain, and I had to call for updates; felt like I pushed them into getting things done. I was led to believe part replacement was going to be difficult and labor intensive to complete, in reality it took the guy 20 minutes from start to finish, and that included his talk with me. $480 for 20 minutes of labor work, ridiculously overcharged [this amount did not include parts costs]. On top of the diagnostic fee already paid.

Such a helpful staff. Major shoutout to Anne Conner from the office and my technician Anthony Rodriguez. My heater had been out for weeks and nobody could figure out what was wrong wit it. Valley Air came out the very next day and found my issue. Best price, best service, best everything! I will definitely be using them for all my HVAC needs. Thanks guys!

Our heating unit was acting up a few weeks ago (during December). So we acted quickly and called VAR for an inspection of our unit. They responded and came out right away. Nothing major had gone wrong, just some cleaning of a small part. No more issues since then.

I appreciated their honesty and knowledge, and didnt get scammed for uncessory work needed. We are very satisfied and recommend this company.

Just had our Fall check up on our HVAC unit earlier today. The technician Eddie was great! Super polite, respectful, and just a great attitude. He took the time to really explain everything well and answer all my questions. I appreciate his input for keeping our HVAC system safe and energy efficient for our home. There was water leaking from my swamp cooler. Technician David Rodriquez diagnosed the problem right away and is having it repaired right away. Employees like David is the reason I will always use VAR.

Ok this is the best company in the VALLEY!!!

I had issues with my ac unit turning on but then the ac inside would not blow air. PRIOR to them another company basically told me I needed to buy a whole new unit. I was sent out to find a new company and get a second quote (mind you I did loose time and money cutting my losses with this other company)

I found VALLEY AIR on Google. So I called for an appt they were able to get me in within the week. Anthony came by and he was very kind and informative. He said we needed to replace a part. A part was ordered and then a second visit was Joseph. He installed the new part. He worked quick, efficient, and answered all my questions. He rechecked the unit with his gadgets and he said it should be working!!! I'm so happy with the service!!! The service fee was affordable, the lowest in town!!! The work that was done was in a timely manner and very efficient. Everyone should call this company, great prices and great staff!!! Let's keep them in business, support Local Companies!!!

We had our AC go out in the middle of the summer heatwave. Matt came out same day and on a Friday evening none the less. He was very professional, able to diagnose the issue with our unit quickly and had our AC back up and running in no time. Safe to say Matt has turned us into forever Valley Air Conditioning and Repair customers!
