Simon and his crew are the best..had installations on 2 of my houses...do not use any other company

Not sure how they are getting 4.6 rating. I called and spoke with service desk twice and asked why they have not called me or my mom back to request an air duct cleaning appointment. I was told twice that someone will call me to schedule, but never heard them call me or no one ever left me a message on my cell. The second time I called they said they called my mom but she never got any calls from them. Will be finding service from another company instead.. also the guy I spoke to as service desk is named Simon. He will never call you back!

They told us labor service, parts were covered 100%we paid the first visit 69$ for diagnosing wich it’s ok. It was a really bad inconvenience when they came to install the part the guy charge us like 200$ for coming over, and doing another diagnostic they didn’t keep record of the first 69$ for diagnostic I ended up paying an extra 170 for the guy again coming over him checking the unit butting the part this people are tricky.

Thank you Simon and his crew for making our buying a new air-conditioning system for our house. We were qualified and it was installed within one week. It is working wonderful.
