Our old roof mount HVAC unit was about 26 years old and still working but we wanted to get a more efficient system as we knew our old unit was on its last leg. we did some research for which manufacture was in the top three listed as best. Trane was our choice and Trane recommended California Indoor Comfort. Contacted Keith and he came up to our home, looked at our old system and explained in detail what new system we needed based on the size of our home. Keith was very precise, took his time explaining the new systems, how they were way more efficient than our old system, and the cost of the new system. He did not pressure us at all, he gave us all the information and let us take our time deciding on which of the two systems he recommended. We made the decision and he called us with an install date.

On the day of the install, Keith and Tom came to our home and the removal and installation of the system took about 5 hours. Keith and Tom were very professional and their work was great. Would recommend Keith at California Indoor Comfort any time!

Keith was extremely helpful. The second i called him, I knew he was going to be able to help with my issue and teach me in the process. When he came up to my house he explained and showed me how the system works and showed me how to check/test/troubleshoot. Very cool dude and knowledgeable. Now my furnace, blower motor, and AC unit are working correctly and saving me $$ on electricity.

I asked California Indoor Comfort to take a look at my a.c unit because it was not working properly. The owner came out personally and checked my unit (it is 46 years old). He gave me some options about repair or replacing it and did a nice job with some maintenance. I liked the fact that he did not pressure me into replacing it. Just gave me some options and then let me take my time to make my decision, Good company and I recommend them!

I contacted them on Friday for a 2nd opinion on repairing/replacing my evaporative/swamp cooler. They came out on Monday and said its dead. Gave me a quote the same day and the next day it was installed. Super friendly and very professional. Highly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend CIC. They were fast friendly and very knowledgeable. I was contacted and given a window of time that was perfect. He showed up when expected and took all the information and concerns that I had into account while servicing my unit. The servicing took about 20-30 minutes. He was able to provide me with some great pointers on how to maintain my heating and air conditioning unit.

Called Keith for a quote on a new gas furnace. He was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He did not try to oversell on a system I didn't need. I have used CIC in the past for a dryer vent cleaning and they were prompt and courteous.
I will keep them in mind for any other HVAC issues I have. I highly recommend them.

We have worked with California Indoor Comfort on two occasions. The first was to install two whole house fans. They did an impeccable job and we are really happy with the quality of the fans. Several months later, one of our air conditioning units broke down. They came out and repaired it the same day. I was surprised to get somebody out that quickly in the middle of 110 degree weather. They are reliable and professional, and I can't recommend them enough.

Our HVAC unit failed and needed to be replaced. We also discovered that we had damage to our ducts due to rodents. We received bids from multiple local contractors and chose CIC. Our decision was based on many factors, the key ones were: meeting with the owner, Keith Rossignol, his passion and knowledge, a fair price for quality equipment, and his installation team. The work was done in a timely manner by courteous, hard working professional employees that kept us informed of their progress daily. I am completely satisfied with the work and highly recommend them.
