Great experience with California Indoor Comfort. Mike came over the same day I called and was able to diagnose the issue up in attic and fix it promptly. Keith was friendly, responsive and professional keeping me in the loop of when the part we needed would arrive etc.

I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to anyone else.

CIC has one of the most qualified and personable staffs around including the office personal and upper management. The entire company is very knowledgeable about systems/parts and the inner workings of all the equipment needed to keep everything running smoothly. They are always striving to meet the client needs without attempting to have you purchase unneeded upgrades like some other companies. We are on a contract that includes 2 visits/year and we pay the visit fee only once a year. Price for that is also very reasonable. I would recommend them highly for any air conditioning or heating needs.

June 30 2022 ,brother dying of cancer ,hospice care, ac went out. Could not get anyone out for emergency call, until Keith was willing to interrupt busy schedule to help us out this morning .Some companies have a heart, some don't, Thank god for the kind heart of Keith at Calif.Indoor Comfort .I understand this is busy time for AC. companies , but when there is a dying man ,some one has to care enough .Thank you Keith .

After a lot of research and comparison of local sources, we purchased a mini-split from CIC. We love it. CIC has worked with us to get the installation just right. They have provided ongoing preventive maintenance and have been on time for both visits. The continue to work with us to diagnose and remediate an issue with the thermostatic control.

Our AC went out at the worst possible time-when it was over 100 degrees, and when we had out of town guests staying at our home. Called to see if we could get same day service. They were booked, so I thought we were out of luck. I received a call back a short time later, and thankfully they were able to send a technician out to diagnose and fix the problem. Ping was extremely patient, friendly and professional-even after spending over two hours on our roof in 105 degree heat. He answered all of our questions and did a fantastic job. Extremely happy with the service we received today.

Mike did a great job, previously had a different company come out twice to fix my problem unsuccessfully. Mike was able to correctly diagnose the problem, order the proper part and install all in a timely manner.

Responded quickly. Very qualified technicians. Explained everything and showed us the damaged parts. Mike was able to get the damage part and was installed the following morning.
Very knowledgeable about furnace. Reasonable rates. I would consider the service we received as excellent. Highly recommend.

These guys were great. Great service, advice, and commitment to getting the job done right. Keith was great to work with, on time (even early), finished when he said he would, and was very flexible. Very happy with his work.

Keith did a great job for us repairing our old A/C system. He is a honest and knowledgeable pearson. All the other big HVAC companies here in the Fresno area will never be truthful about the work you need done. Thanks Keith!!!

Great experience today with California Indoor Comfort and their technician, Mike. He was running a bit late and called to let me know, which I appreciated very much. Once he arrived, he was very professional, diagnosed the problem and cleaned and fixed my fireplace. He also explained what he was doing and told me some things I could do to troubleshoot in the future. I highly recommend Mike and his company.
