Active Heating & AC Inc

Do not use this place for your AC repairs!!!! Our AC started blowing hot air so our landlord contacted them for repairs. They supposedly repaired it (replaced the condenser) and within less than 24 hours it was blowing warm air again!! We called them out and by the time they came out a second time (two days later) our AC was blowing cold air again. We figured we would have them come out and look at it just to make sure everything was okay. The AC tech told me the reason it was blowing warm arm (the second time) is because we’re running it too low (65-70). He told me set it at 84 degrees!!!! I told him what’s the point of an AC If we set it at 84 and he said well it’s better than 104. On his second trip out he ended up replacing the thermostat and wired a faulty wire direct to the fans, instead of replacing it. After he left we noticed our home was not cooling below 78. We called the tech and he said that was fine and asked what the problem was? I asked him why did my AC blow cold a few days earlier and now it won’t go below 78?! He basically called me liar and said that it would be impossible to get my home that cool being that I live in a mobile Home and that it was 100 degrees outside. We asked him to come out a third time, which he and the office manager said they would. We waited around and they never came. Now our AC is blowing warm air again and despite having the thermostat set at 70 the home temp is still at 80 and now our fan in the outside unit isn’t working. Needless to say, we are calling another company to fix this as Active air doesn’t know what they are doing.
