If you require the services of AVCO, try to get Francisco and Esteban. They’re young, but they are very courteous, professional and they know what they’re doing. This company installed our heating and air conditioning system, they’ve done minor plumbing for us, and today, they installed a water softening system. We love the company, and we love the products!

Used once was great. 2nd time not so good. Never sent me the estimate for re-route. Gave all my insurance adjuster information to send a copy of the estimate as well. I was very disappointment as I did request Javier and they stated he wasn't available? Sent Jacob D. was a cool dude. But he dropped the ball and never got back to me. Had to go with someone else on the repairs.

Jacob Diaz responded promptly and fixed my heating problem plus added a new thermostat. He was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Called the company to address a leaking issue from our water heater in the garage. They were prompt in sending a technician right away. Jacob Diaz gave me options on which water heating system to go for, the pros and cons of each system. He was professional and shared his take on each system. He wasn't pushy and gave me time to think which one is best for me. I would recommend AAVCO.

I recommend using their services. I was initially going to use someone else but wanted to get a second quote just in case. Jacob saved me from doing a big mistake. Not only did he explain why I was going to make a mistake but took his time explaining how to properly size AC units, the factors that go into it, and how we as homeowners can make the unit function better. The last thing he said before he left and it's true, "Don't worry about it. I'm your AC guy now". I'm not worrying anymore and know I made the right choice.

The whole staff at AAVCO were very professional and courteous, especially Fred and Jacob. Fred was the supervisor I contacted when comparing plumbing services for this project. He gave me an estimate price comparison for the project, warranty and financing options: no pressure whatsoever, which was very helpful and got my attention to choose their business after talking to 6 other plumbing companies. Jacob was the plumber who actually rendered the service. He came over on a Friday evening to discuss the project and gave me a run down between the types of heating available, their pros and cons, and again estimate cost and financing. After choosing what I wanted done and financing options, we scheduled for the water heating service the following day between 0800-1200 after getting the parts at 0700. Three hours later, my tankless water heater was installed. All the research and actually getting the service done took place within about 48 hour period. I already told Jacob that I would have to hit them up again for another project soon. Awesome communication and service execution! So far, I am pleased with the product and service.

Jacob was our technician today. He called to follow up on his appointment which provided reassurance that help was on the way. We've had previous technicians come out that did the bare minimum but Jacob was very thorough in his process and procedures. He explained everything to my family understanding. Defintely eager for a working system after 3yrs of hot summers. Also will recommend him to others. Thanks!!!
