I had a leak in my kitchen which they fixed promptly. I then made a decision to have them repiped my whole house. Victor and his staff worked effectively replacing all of my pipes which was a big 3 week experience. My only disappointment was Jason, the manager who sold me the Halos water system and sold me the repiping. He was very professional but never returned for a follow-up meeting with me as to how the job was going.

Our water heater went out, we called AAVCO and within one hour Jacob D. was at our doorstep. Jacob D. was extremely helpful, he went over all the options with us and made what would have been an extremely complicated & stressful purchase, easy to make! I would give Jacob D. 10 stars if possible!

Very good communication and customer service. Jacob was professional and knowledgeable. I did not know and understand the fine details of of an AC system, it’s parts, and how it works. His communication skills allowed me to feel and now know how to take care and maintain my home’s AC system. I decided not to get another repair quote from another company and used AAVCO because I was comfortable and felt I will receive the service I want. Picking a company to pay to get services you need, such as this, is not just about how much the cost is. It is also their knowledge and level of communication they will and can provide. I don’t want a person talking to me like a car salesman, so the speak, just to make a sale. I will pick someone who communicate wells, very knowledgeable, and professional who makes me feel comfortable.
