The fan on our AC unit wasn't spinning. I called and spoke to Fred and he scheduled an appointment for the same day. Doug was the technician that came out and repaired the unit. He was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge and experience. He gave us some good advice and tips on how to keep our unit running properly. Thank you so much for the great experience.

I got a fast response but the work that I requested was not completed correctly. I asked for my furnace to be turned off and the technician assured me it was. I paid $129 the same day. Now the furnace is still on and I get no response from the technician. Seems like a waste of money to me. I won't be calling again.

Leo, Frank and Jacob came out to our home and explained everything to us. They were on time and through in the care and understanding of our situation and our home. They were patient and kind to my 81 year old mom and took extra time with her. Thanks to Avvco our air will be better.

AAVCO has been servicing our water heater and ac for years and they are always professional, courteous and on time. Jacob has been honest and helpful with every visit and always lets us know what is going on with our units and how to care for them properly. Two thumbs up.

Jacob was awesome and very professional! I've had previous ac techs come out but never resolved my issues. Jacob on the other hand was able to pinpoint my issue and now my ac is cooling my house down more then ever. Thank you Jacob I will be using you for future maintenance!

I’ve always had Aavco do all my repairs and services and today was another great example of there great customer service and professionalism. There technician Trevor came out to service my unit and right at the door I was greeted professionally and respectfully. Trevor was very thorough in his inspection and clean. He took his time to make sure he inspected every part of my unit and made sure to document all possible problems and watch outs. After the inspection and service Trevor sat down with me and gave me all possible ways to resolve my issues and explained why he recommended all. Service like this is one of the many reasons I always call on Aavco.

Jacob, the technician was great, very professional and knowledgeable. He did an awesome job explaining the process, however... the interest rate on the loan was higher than promised. What’s worse is when the men came for the job, they worked on it TH & FR & simply didn’t show up at all to finish the job. There was no notice, no communication. When I called the company, she just didn’t show them scheduled at all to come back & she called Jacob to find out whether he was going to come finish the job. I never received a call back all weekend long. I’ve never expected them to be so unprofessional and to dump a job half ways complete. Let’s see what Monday brings.

He was very detailed in completing his analysis of my home and outlining recommendations that will best fit my family needs at this.
