Asbestos removal people were super!!! After having my furnace and air conditioner for almost a year, I realized besides being charged $16,000 for both units, the vents cannot be turned off and cannot sit downstairs comfortably because it blows right on you. Also, I was told, they should have put in another control downstairs as now I have to always run upstairs (I’m 76) to adjust thermostat. I am in a 1600 sq ft condo. Do not do this alone as I did. If they did return, I needed to pay an additional fee up front. Still paying in Fountain Valley!

I recently got a Daikin mini split system installed with NexGen this included one ceiling cassette and two wall units. Going with NexGen was a huge mistake. The whole installation process which is yet to be completed after 3 months and 10+ visits has been frustrating and inconvenient!

Juan was fantastic and very thorough in his inspection of my furnace. Educated me on the concerns with my older unit and safety precautions to keep my family safe and my furnace functioning at its best capacity. Great customer service skills and very professional!

This review is not related to their services but the drivers of their vehicles. A driver tried to run me off the road this morning on highway 12 when I was stuck in a slow down behind a big rig. Also almost rear ended me with my child in the car. I took pictures of the vehicle and license plate. I’d never use their services.

I have used this company two times now, and have been extremely pleased by there quality, responsiveness and professionalism. My technician, Feras was exceptional! Very professional and helpful in in every way, especially in explaining to me what he was doing and why. It was so great to be able to ask questions and get "real" answers. I would highly recommend this company!
