Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating

I normally don’t leave a review but this company was so fantastic I felt compelled to. I called after hours on Saturday at 7 p.m and they actually picked up my call. Although they were unable to schedule me until 8:00 a.m. Monday morning, they sent several messages, one confirming the appointment and one to confirm that the tech was on his way. The service technician, Edward arrived on time was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue, showed me the broken part and replaced it in a timely manner. My air conditioner has never run better. Great customer service and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

A company provided by my home warranty. This company has NO integrity, morals, values and completely dishonest. Continued to tell my warranty company one thing, and me the customer something completely different. This made the process completely difficult and prolonged, being that the company never left me a initial work order with diagnosis. My warranty company made several attempts to contact to help clarify the situation, to only have them be unresponsive and unwilling to reply. Further more the price that was quoted to me by them was about $3,000 more then what I was charged by a second opinion company, in which the exact same repairs were done. If professionalism, honest, integrity, morals and values are what you want in a company, then: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Andre, the service tech, was awesome. Totally professional and very friendly. Explained everything he did and how the system was functioning.

Very responsive. Fixed faulty wire connection, installed new thermostat and gave good advice for future upgrade possibilities.

Great experience with this AC company! My house is cooling off during this heat wave thanks to Edward, the technician who fixed my unit. Edward did an excellent job and was wonderful to speak to. I highly recommend this service!!

They diagnose my problems . Order my parts, thought their may be a few days waiting on parts, however ,found the part installed the next day.

I called at 11pm at night when I woke up to my AC not working. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning. They were at my house at 7:30am, replaced the part that was not working and had my AC back up and running by 8:30am. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it fast. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
