My home warranty provider AHS provided me this company for service maintenance of my ac unit. I had a great experience so far with Andre. He listened to my issue about my ac unit and determined my problem and resolved it the same day! I had a wonderful experience with Andre and highly recommend him and Same Day Air Conditioning and Heating. Just a side note they are really busy so expect a week wait time before they can get to you.

So I called this company to schedule an appointment because my furnace was not working... I called around noon they said that they would have somebody out between 4 PM and 8 PM and that they... I agreed instead OK that was fine I later found some of the would be an $85 service charge for the 1st half hour of labor. I said ok that's fine. I later found the home warranty information that I had and their pricing was cheaper so I called them and then I called this company back to cancel the original appointment while the 2nd person that I spoke to told me that the 1st person didn't even put me me on the schedule so how did I not found this information I would have been waiting all night without heat and the temperature already dropped to 52 in my house. Very unprofessional and very disappointed

The technician that came to my home, Andre was very professional, listened to me, showed candid interest in understanding my problem. He got the job done in little or no time and took the time to give me some tips that will help me. Next time I need help, I will definitely ask for Andre.

Overall it was great the technician was very helpful she came out surveyed and discovered that the mother board was not working but she came back the next day installed it and now we have heat thank you for all your help.

Joanna came out and instantly knew what the issue was. The problem was identified, addressed, and resolved in a matter of hours. With the heat wave already here, we needed our AC fixed ASAP. This company delivered and exceeded my expectations! Kudos to the entire team and especially to Joanna. She is a lifesaver!!!
