Andre was PHENOMENAL!! I had the worst luck with HVAC companies and he restored my faith in professional repair work. He was perfectly on time and fixed my issue in minutes. I could tell her takes pride in his work and that was very wonderful to see. I will definitely call on him again to service my unit. Thanks Sr Tech Andre!!

Called for help and was greeted and scheduled for the next afternoon. Received confirmation texts for appointment and again before arrival.

They confirmed the circuit board was bad and happened to have one on hand. So it was good. Wish that my knowledge and help identifying the issue was met with “we’ll apply the service minimum to the price”.

$79 service call. $475 for the circuit board and install. Total time at my house was under an hour. (Exact circuit board is literally $82 on Amazon)

Glad the AC is working. Edward was a nice guy who did the super easy work. Too bad things are price hiked so bad. I should have just bought the circuit board and installed it myself.

Joanna was great! On time, polite, courteous. She provided clear instructions on what I needed to do with the thermostat, so she could check the A\C in the back. She filled me in on every step. She was quick! She gave me some tips about maintenance in the future. Highly recommend!

Edward the technician did a wonderful job and was quick doing repairs. He was informational about the ac unit in questioned and explained reason ac unit became inoperable. Edward replaced damaged part. I will recommend him to friends and family.

Quick response to the service call. Knowledgable and friendly techs. No BS'ing about technical jargon, straight and to the point. "Heaters OLD old. This likely came with the house OLD." I appreciate their honesty in talking shop and dumbing stuff down for me. Friendly and professional, namely in that they close door's behind them, important if you have pets, children, or curious neighbors. No time wasted on an appointment, they get right to work, and don't fool around, highly recommend.

I have arthritis and my heater was blowing cold air. It was fixed but what amazes me is the awesome customer service and the timing. They came so fast to help out. I’m so grateful. God bless her she was great! Will use them in the future. I highly recommend this company!
